Yoongi wanted to do something to let Angie to know him better. Maybe he wasn't worthy of her, he didn't want to think about what he will do if she decides to leave him. It was a risk he was willing to take. She hadn't left him when he told her that he was abandoned, he couldn't find a reason for her to leave this time either. Still, doubt strained inside his mind making him wish he had a different life.

Angie entered the room they shared. Yoongi was sitting behind his desk, and she wrapped her arms around his shoulders lovingly. "What are you doing baby?"

"I was thinking." A lump formed in his throat. He turned around, wrapped her in his arms and brought her in his lap.

Angie snuggled her face in his collar, inhaling his perfume. He always comforted her, calmed her, soothed her beating heart. She found peace and love next to him. To think that all came from him getting drunk.

"What were you thinking about?"

"Us."

Angie looked him in his eyes. She prayed he wasn't pushing her away. She swallowed the saliva that gathered in her mouth. "Did I do something wrong?" Tears were starting to form in her eyes. She didn't want to hear his next words. She didn't want her love story to end this way. She loved him with all her heart.

Yoongi gently stroke her hair and kissed the top of her head. "No angel, you did nothing wrong. I think I have to take the next step. I want you to come with me to show you something."

Angie released the breath she was holding. Tears were running on her face. "I was so scared." She wrapped her hands around his neck. "I thought you're going to say you don't want me anymore."

Yoongi was speechless. She cried for him, because of him. "Don't cry angel. I don't deserve your tears. Compared to you, I'm nothing."

Angie strengthen her grip on his neck. "Please don't say that. You are my everything. I love you. I don't want to be without you."

"You... You love me?" Angie nodded with her head. She couldn't form any words. It hurt her to see how low he thought about himself. "I love you too angel. I'm still waiting for the day when you'd see me for who I am."

She looked at him with teary eyes. "I do see you for who you are. It's you who don't see yourself too clearly. You're the most thoughtful person I met. You are kind, you are brave, you have such a beautiful soul. I can't even express in words what you mean to me."

Yoongi couldn't believe that she loved him, even as broken as he was. "I will never leave your side. I'll be whatever you want me to be. I'll be your confident, your lover, whatever you ask from me, I'll give it to you. Just don't leave me."

"Baby. I don't want you to be anything that you're not. I love you just as you are. And as for the material things, as long as we love each other and we respect one another, we will work it out. I don't need fancy things, I'm not that kind of girl."

He knew she wasn't a materialistic girl, she was simple and not excessive. Everything she did came from her beautiful heart. He couldn't love her more. "Angel, I'm not poor if that's what you think. I'm richer than your family. All of us are. We chose not to flaunt our wealth. We like to stay humble and grounded." He smirked.

Angie looked at him shocked. "I still don't care about your money." Now that the air was cleared, she continued. "You were saying something."

"Yes. I want to show you something."

All the way to his parents house, Yoongi was stressed out off his mind. He had never invited in his life anyone outside his group. But if he wanted to have an honest relationship with her he had to be opened. Jimin was actually the one who hinted about it. Yoongi had no idea that he knew about his secrets, but the again, Jimin was always the most perceptive of them all.
