~Jayden's POV~

"That was amazing!", Holly exclaims loudly, making people turn and smile at us. "Let's go again!"

I chuckle at her enthusiasm. Her whole face glows with excitement and I can see the happiness in her eyes. I wish she would always feel like that.

"Don't forget about the other ones. They want to be ridden too", I smile down at her and her eyes widen as she seems to remember this isn't the only ride in the park.

Two hours later we tested every single roller coaster they had, even some that are for children, but we didn't care if they looked like fun. Holly showed me a whole other personality of hers, she seems happy, more out-going and laughs more than I ever saw her doing before. It's amazing to watch her, I feel special for her to show me this rare, cute and enthusiastic side of herself.

Right now we're lazily strolling down the paths of the park, my hand securely holding hers. It kinda established itself through the afternoon. I would just grab her whenever I saw something I thought she might like and somewhere along the line I just didn't let go again.

Suddenly I feel her stopping in her tracks and when I turn around I see her looking over at a booth offering can knockdown. A smile enters my face once again. It's something I was a genius at as a child.

"You wanna try?", I ask her already knowing the answer. She nods happily and just like that we make our way over to the booth. The man behind the counter smiles down at us and a few moments later Holly's trying to knock down the cans. She's good, in the end there's only two left.

"That's great, you can choose your prize from these over here", the worker tells her, gesturing to some medium sized stuff. For a second I see a small pout forming on her lips, her gaze flickering over to a huge pastel blue triceratops stuffie.

"Let me try first", I interrupt them. He nods and gives me three of the cloth balls. I position myself and throw.

A few seconds later I gesture for the employee to get me the dinosaur, waiting impatiently for him to move faster. Once he finally gets it down I immediately turn around and offer it to Holly. Her eyes grow huge and her mouth hangs slightly open.

"How did you know-", she starts, but I just smile at her and push it into her arms. It's nearly as tall as her, hiding her cute form behind it. A big smile takes over her face and she happily hugs it to her chest.

"Thank you", she mumbles shyly, beaming up at me with her beautiful gray eyes.

"Anytime", I smile back gently. She's just to adorable, I wanna coo at her. Together we make our way down the numerous paths once again, her happily holding onto the plushie with one arm, her other hand protectively held in mine.

"Let's go and eat something", I finally suggest when I hear her stomach rumble. To my surprise she tenses beside me and when I look down at her she seems uncomfortable.

"What's wrong?", I ask worried.

"It's nothing, I'm just not hungry right now", she lies. I can see it in her eyes, she wouldn't meet my gaze and shifts from one foot to the other.

"Holly, you need to eat. What would you like?", I ask her gently, trying to tug her over to some food booths.

"But I don't want to and my paren-", she stops mid-sentence.

"What's with your parents?", I ask sternly, looking down at her quizzically. What's going on with her and food?

"Nothing, let's just go, okay?", she asks timidly. I frown, not moving a single muscle. I'm not going to let her starve herself.
