Reader's POV
I rubbed the sleepiness out of my eyes and stretched my arms above my head before sitting up and looking around. I'd slept for nearly three hours and it was early into the night now. Five wasn't back yet, but I knew he'd probably had his reasons so I chose not to get over that. I'd go looking for him myself in a bit.
I got up and turned on the ceiling light before sitting back down on the bed. There wasn't much to do at the moment, but I didn't feel like going back to sleep just yet. My eyes immediately drifted to the bag on the windowsill. I sighed, then leaned over to grab it from it's place. I carefully placed the bag in front of me and took out its contents. The notes where small and a bit fragile from age. Written at the top of each note was the length at which Five and I had been gone. I took it upon myself to arrange then in order from oldest to most recent. I picked the first one up gingerly and admired Ben's messy handwriting. I decided I would read a few before setting off to find Five.
Three days
Hi (Y/n) I miss you! Diego had been really grouchy since you left and doesn't think you'll ever come back. But Klaus, Vonnie, and I still do. I know you're not dead, because Klaus said he couldn't summon you so that's good. I hope you and Five are safe, and I'll try to keep you updated on everything here so you don't miss out.

Hi (Y/n), it's been a week now since you've left. Diego and Luther got into a big argument today and when Vanya tried to split them up they completely ignored her. She's been trying to be more bold lately, which is nice. She, Klaus, Allison, and I snuck to Griddy's yesterday, but it wasn't the same without everyone. Miss you x

Hey (Y/n). I really miss you and Five. Please find a way to come back soon. I had a bad day today and there's not much to report. Diego caught me writing to you and got upset so he tore up some of the notes I'd written. Sorry if it seems like there's a bunch of gaps. Don't be mad at Diego I'm sure he misses you just as much as I do.

18 days, nearly 3 weeks
Two days ago Klaus 'accidentally' set his bed on fire haha. Dad had a painting of Five put into the living room and won't let anyone in the guest room you stayed in. I still go there from time to time with Klaus when no ones watching. Missions have been harder lately. I miss you!

Diego's kinda distant now. He's more serious and doesn't really joke around with me anymore. It kind of stinks, but oh well. He, Allison, and Luther have sort of lost hope in ever seeing you and Five again. Vanya still leaves out snacks for you two at night. I really miss you.

Ben got sick like a loser but he begged me ever so pitifully to write to you. Hi (Y/n) it's your favorite Hargreeves brother. The almighty Klaus!!!! Diego is a whiney brat and he's mean to Vanya so when you come back please kick his ass for me thanks xx

Missions are tough and I hardly got to spend time with Vanya this week. I hope you and Five are well. Diego and I are okay now but Luther is becoming a bit of a stuckup... Miss you terribly,
