:flashback:

"The Phantomhives are dead...?" I repeated as I let out a soft laugh"you're joking!" I exclaim"where...where in the world did you hear this?!" I yelled as he pulled out a newspaper and slide it across the desk.

A bold header read that the Phantomhives died due to a mass murder. I felt dizzy all of a sudden,I looked back at my father"why didn't you tell me?!" I screamed"Vincent told me not to say a word to you." I looked around my smile widening"hahah!..."my breathing was starting to become irregular"he knew how you would react. He told me that if anything happened not to tell you,and I promised him that. But it seems you found out on your own."

I felt my throat starting to close up a little. I stood up and walked out the room. I rushed towards my room.

Once inside I slammed the door shut and fell to the floor letting a scream. My heart was heavy,tears streamed down my face as I began to shake. I started to wring my hands as I began to hyperventilate.

I heard a bang on my door scaring me. It opened to my mother,panic on her face. "Y/N!" She yells rushing to me and wrapping her arms around me"what's wrong honey? Why are you crying?" I sniffled"h-he's dead...they're all d-dead." I muttered out"I-I see you found out." She stutters out as I nod in her grasp,I pull away.

"W-What am I going t-to do?!" I ran my fingers through my hair"mom I-I...I don't think I-I can function..."i trailed off"how about you go and take a nap?" I shake my head"I CANT! I CANT! I WONT!" I screamed"and why not? Sleeping will calm you down." She states"HOW DO YOU KNOW?!"

"Y/N dear,be honest with me." She starts"w-what?" I ask using my arm as a wipe"did you like the shy Phantomhive boy?" I looked away and nodded shyly.

"I had a feeling..."

"T-They both had a bright future...he told me he w-wanted to open a toy c-company...and leave home...he s-said once h-he made i-it big he'd come b-back for me." I cried out clutching the fabric of my dress.

"H-He promised me..."I felt arms wrap around me"sometimes promises are meant to be broken." She calmly says as I push her away from me.

"He wouldn't do that." I growl glaring at her. "Y/N you are being ridiculous." She says rolling her eyes"just...just leave me the h*ll alone!" She looks down and nods before leaving and shutting the door behind her.

I felt someone shaking me awake. I groaned and looked to see Ciel's blue eye looking into mine. "C-Ciel?" I whispered"what's wrong?" I ask sitting up"I-I had a dream-"he states"and you were in it." My eyes widened"really? What was it about?" He looks down into his lap"well,we were in a garden...a-and you were making flower crowns. Then you gave me one." I nod"how did you know it was me?" I hum"when I touch you...it's a very familiar feeling. A-And you also told me we've always known each other."

I heard a knock on the door. "Come in!" I yelled as I looked over to see Sebastian coming in. "Good morning Sebastian." He gives a fake smile"good morning Lady Y/N. Is the young master any better?" He asks"well,he said he had a dream about me so he clearly remembers me even if it's not 100% there." Sebastian gets close to me and reaches his hand out to the boy"young master-"Ciel jumped and grabbed a pillow.

"NOOOO!" Ciel screams throwing the pillow up and down on the bed"DONT GET NEAR ME!" He continues as feathers fly out of the pillow. "DONT TOUCH ME!"

"Young master if you continue to act like this your body will-"

"SHUT UP!"

"Understood."

"Sebastian,please leave."
