I basically made this character, as well as a few others, to fit into the Avatar lore. I also incorporated my own lore as well to fit it. I have two so far and they are both related to each other but this chapter is about Ryujin only.

Background
As a child, Ryujin had always been the quiet one—never really having friends. When the day her parents life came to an end, the whole world was convinced she was dead. This led her to forget who she was except her name. She was only nine when this happened.

While this happened, she was living on the streets—eating garbage on the daily until Shady Shin found her. When he did, he instantly took her in as family and introduced her to the thug life. Ever since she entered, she has gained special talents like gambling and pickpocketing. But she didn't forget where she came from. Ryujin was talented in many instruments like the violin and piano. And through the gang, that's where she met Mako and Bolin.

One day, there was an attack on the Triple Threats' headquarters which led to Ryujin having to run away. Through this traumatic process, she forgot everything having to do with the Triple Threats and the attack. She fainted and someone new found her—a jazz club owner name Koto.

When Koto found her, Ryujin's memory had been basically wiped out. She had zero memory of where she came from. Koto raised her from 16-18 and even supported her when she wanted to join the police force. From Koto, she learned the ways of Jazz music and occasionally can play a tune or few.

I know that this is quite short but there is still much more to add to Ryujin as the story goes on. I don't want to provide too much to spoil. So stay tuned.
