Chapter thirty seven.

Lennox's p.o.v
We pull up in front of Dylan's house and I start to get butterflies, you think I'd be over all the butterfliiiiiiess but I'm into you I'm in to you. Sorry getting off topic here. "Are you coming home tonight?" Dad asks as he puts the car in park. "um not sure but I'll let you know." I say opening the door. "Okay love you" he says before I step out. "Love you" I say and shut the door. I watch him pull away and head up the walkway, I get to the door and knock. I hear shuffling and a few seconds later the door opens and there stands Dylan. He's wearing loose jeans that hang off his hips in an unbelievable sexy way, a blue tshirt, and a pair of converse. "Hey" he says snapping me out if my thoughts. "Hey" I say before kissing him sweetly. He pulls back and opens the door wider so I can come in. I walk in and set down. "So what do you got planned for today?" I ask. "Oh don't worry you will find out soon, actually we better get going" he says looking at his phone. "Ok" I say and stand up. We go out to the car and he opens the doper for me. "Thank you" I say as I get in. He simply nods and walks to his side and gets in. He smiles at me and turns the car on and starts to pull out when he turns on the radio. Bruno Mars' song "just the way you are" is on and Dylan starts singing it to me. We drive for about an hour and then he stops at a amusement park. "Is this the surprise?" I ask excitedly. "One of them yes he says opening his door.
2 hours later: we have rode every ride except the Ferris wheel. "Hey babe you wanna get something to eat then go on the Ferris wheel?" He asks. "Yea" I reply. We walk over to the concession stand and order a funnel cake and a large coke to share. We set at a small table and start to eat. "I love you lennox" he says rubbing circles on my hand. "I love you too dylan" I say eating the last piece of funnel cake. We stand up and throw away our trash and walk to the Ferris wheel. We get locked in and we start to spin, I'm watching all the people down below when we stop and I realize we're at the top. "I love you so much" Dylan says. "I love you too" I say as we start to lean in, but right before our lips touch his phone rings. "Uh hold on" he says reaching in his pocket. I look over and see 'Kelly😍😘' he quickly hits ignore and pits his phone back in his pocket. "Sorry uh about that" he stutters. "yea me too" I say scooting as far away from him as possible. "What's wrong?" He asks oblivious. "What's wrong is you lied to me you told me she was your cousin, and the stupidest part is I believed you when you said that, I also believed you when you said you loved me" I say letting tears stream down my face. "I'm sorry, I understand if you wanna break up" he states. "Good because we're done." I say pulling my phone out of my pocket. "Can you please bring us back down" I yell to the guy working the Ferris wheel. "Uh sure if you know it wasn't stuck" he says trying to fix it. "Are you kidding me?!" I shout getting angrier. I quickly unlock my phone and call mom- no answer. So I try dad-no answer, I call pretty much everyone in my contact list and all the same thing so there's only one person left but I haven't talked to him in forever. I quickly hit his name and put the phone to my ear. It rings and rings until finally I hear his voice. "Lennox?" He asks. "Yea Conner it's me um I've tried to get ahold of people but no one is answering so can you do me a favor?" I ask nervously. "Sure" he says sweetly. "Can you come get me I'm at the amusement park and I'm stuck on the top of a Ferris wheel with my now ex" I say glaring at Dylan. "I'm actually close I'll be there in a couple of minutes, just hang in there" he says. "thank you" I say and pull the phone away. We set in silence, until finally I see Conner running towards us. "Conner!" I shout. he hears me and starts to get closer and about the time he gets here we start moving. "Thank god" I state. "I'm sorry lennox, I was stupid" he says. "I was to because I thought you were perfect" I say stepping off and running to Conner.
