THE SOON-TO-BE BRIDE STARED AT HERSELF IN THE MIRROR WITH TEARS GLISTENING IN HER EYES. The day has finally come and she was over the moon. She never thought she could come that far - to settle down, say a tearful goodbye to her music career, and marry the love of her life. It was almost too good to be true and Elena had a hard time wrapping her head around it. She was mostly stressed and a nervous wreck and she missed Jaebeom deeply. The couple hasn't seen each other for about two days and she's pretty sure he's out somewhere trying to get her attention.

"You having second thoughts, Azizam?" Leila said in a gentle tone as she fixed the last piece of her hair. She put the small crown over her head and braided her daughter's hair, tangling it around the crown.

Elena shakily exhaled, letting out a laugh at the end. "No, madar, I-I-uh, It's the nerves hitting me again." she stuttered out, a tint of redness painting her cheeks as she looked at her mother through the vanity mirror.

Leila smiled and wrapped her arms around her from behind, "It's completely normal, my love. It's been a busy week. I'm so proud of you, baby. You're getting married." she gushed, kissing both of her cheeks with a grin.

Elena held her mother's hand, her smile faltering. "What if he says no?" a sudden wave of panic washed over her and shifted on her seat, giving her a stressed look. Elena pulled away from her touch and stood up from her chair, "I need to see him!" she voiced out loud and rushed towards the door, but Leila stopped her by having a grip on her arm.

"Hey, hey, Woah, calm down, baby. You can't see him. He's getting ready with the boys. The ceremony is happening very soon. You'll see him." She tried to explain, but Elena brushed her off, giving her a pout.

"I don't care, I just need to hear his voice, mom," Elena said before dashing through her room, ignoring her mother's pleads. She ran down the hall with her heels clicking down the wooden floor. Reaching the hallway, she saw Jaebeom's dorm and was about to run for it, but was stopped by two hands grabbing her from behind. "Woah, easy there, cupcake."

Elena whirled her head to them and was about to knock them off by scaring her, but once she saw Jackson's face she paused. Pulling away, she fixed her dress and looked at him. "I need to him. It's urgent," she begged, giving him the puppy eyes.

Jackson gave her a withering look, "El, you guys will see each other in half an hour." She glared at him and shook her head before walking towards the door. "I just wanna hear his voice. He doesn't need to see me. I-I-please, Jackson?" she pleaded, making his gaze softened.
