Chapter 31: Curse

Alyster's POV

"The company is not doing its best Aly it's because of your father and the people who can't move on to the plunder case!" my mother exclaimed and can't hide the frustration she's dealing with the company's situation.

A sigh escaped on me and loosen the neck tie that is tight on my neck, I gasped for air again and ran my fingers on my hair because I'm silently frustrated while my mother kept talking shits and complains about the investors backing out.

I clenched my jaw and opened my phone to relax a bit on this situation, I opened my phone and saw the number one article on the social media about the accidental bomb explosion three years ago.

"What Aly? What is your plan, your investors are starting to back up because of the plunder case of your father five years ago!" my mom is still with a high-pitched tone the reason why I shut my eyes for a second and held my ego.

"Your company is falling apart, Aly! Hindi mo ba nakita na pababa ng pababa ang mga taong bumibili sa atin ng lupa?" she asked the reason why I took a glimpse on her and smirked, I don't even fucking know how the money of the townspeople implanted on my company.

After five years of the curse of my dad's plunder case, they are still finding where the hell is the money or where did my daddy used it. Because of him, everything is falling apart and five years after was a tough journey on this industry.

"Yeah, alam kong nawawala na ang mga taong gustong bumili ng lupa sa atin and you know what's the worst part there mom?"

I chuckled as if I already done enough on this company, it's fucked up and there's no chance for this company. All I do is be the boss of this company that is already sank, nangunguna na ang Nuesco Company sa land industry company and we are already out of the top five.

"The worst part there is no one believes us anymore, they are scared that we will use their moneys on shits. They are scared that we will scam them or anything that reflects what my dad did"

"Then do something, Aly! Do you think I will let your company fall apart just easily? You can still be on top despite of your dad's stupid actions" she rolled her eye again as if talking about my dad disgusts her, I left out a sigh again and here I am playing with my thigh up and down because of my mom.

Sinapo niya ang kanyang noo na para bang mas hawak niya pa ang kompanya kaysa sa akin, tanggap ko na rin naman na talo na ako after five years of fighting in this industry at masasabi ko talagang wala ng pupuntahan ang Monreal Fields.

I shook my head and stood up so I can take a break on this shitty things on my life, five years passed and still someone is haunting me and I don't know if my conscience is still working.

I became more quiet and simple this past five years until now, I'm already thirty-two and still I'm not yet married.

"Just let my company, mom. Kung wala talaga edi wala, this company is ruined five years ago and if we keep doing this... we will just waste our time"

My company is falling apart, Architect Aly is falling apart because of the happenings in his life five years ago.

"Aly, what the hell is happening on you? For the past five years you became blunt and timid, looks like you lost touch with us" my mom explained the reason why I just rolled my eyes.

I have no time to talk about business anymore because who fucking carea about Monreal Fields?
