~Chloe~

I laughed so hard that snot came out of my nose.

I covered my nose and rubbed it with my sleeve quickly before Axe Body Spray could notice.

Except I was wearing a sleeveless shirt....

I fucking hated myself.

One minute I was ready to kick his balls the next I wanted to be his bottle just so I could kiss him without him knowing.

That bottle next to him was so lucky, to feel his lips caressing it ever so lovingly multiple times.

Every single fucking day and every single hour.

Wow...

I was jealous of a freakin' bottle.

"So do you like parties?"He asked breaking the silence.

"No. Never."I answered that honestly.

"I call them bleh."I continued recovering from my ridiculous laugh.

He furrowed his eyebrows, "Why?"

Come to think of it, since we first met he'd never asked the question why. Well...not like that.

Last time he was judging, this time I think he showed actual concern.

"Well I'm rarely invited to any especially after your trick four years ago."I answered recalling the last party I went to.

It was his party that he threw at the beach on a dock and the entire class was invited to go and I was invited too.

We played spin the bottle and the bottle landed on me and him. We were forced to kiss each other and I wanted to but...here was the thing...

He was acting sorta strange that night as if he actually liked me.

So I thought what the heck?

So I leaned in and...he replaced his lips with a cheeseburger.

I was humiliated...but as the party progressed...I was made fun off the whole night but Xanny comforted me.

Said I was too good for him anyways.

The cops came and I was blamed for it.

Worst summer ever.

"So you stopped going to parties because of that one dare?"He asked as if it was the most obvious thing.

I got upset by his indifference, "I was made fun of all summer and I hadn't even approached my sophomore year!"

"Why'd you do that anyway?"I asked looking away from him pulling my sleeves down.

"Because...I wasn't ready to kiss."He admitted.

"Bullshit. You started kissing in 4th grade and you had your eighth girlfriend by 9th grade."I answered a tear falling out.

My tear went frickin rogue!

At least he didn't notice.

"You Chloe. I wasn't ready to kiss you."He answered also looking away.

His words hit hard. What'd he mean by he wasn't ready to kiss me?

We were enemies and it was final.

But it still didn't make sense.

"Why?"I forced out looking up at him.

"Why weren't you ready to kiss me? It was a stupid dare."I prodded.
