~The next day~

We sat together in silence the whole way here. We met Simon in the hallway barely able to stand each other.

I was still burning with fury.

"What happened between you two?"Simon asked a little abruptly.

"Nothing."I grumbled.

I really didn't want to tell him that the asshole who I was supposed to be friends with was the se person who said something nasty about him.

I loved Simon, he was a sweetheart and a very sensitive sweetheart. So much so that his heart would shrivel up at the slightest hint of salt or asshole.

See where I'm going with this?

"We're always like this." Axel continued for me.

"Nah, you're not always angry at each other. You were doing somewhat fine yesterday."

Sure if fine is threatening to rip each other's throats out then sure.

I didn't know much about Axel but I definitely wanted to kick him where the sun has never existed.

Simon just shrugged and continued.

"Well this isn't the you I'm used to baby cheeks."

I looked up at him finally and he looked slightly hurt.

I swallowed my pride and apologized.

"I'm sorry I dragged you into this."I smiled at him.

He smiled back at me holding my hand.

"Great! Have you read peach kisses yet?"He asked.

I beamed and nodded.

"Yeah! It was the best thing ever! It's really funny, I wonder how I hadn't read it already."

Since I am a bookworm.

And a wattpad fanatic; the girl's name was Tequila
She was an absolute nutcase but a pretty cute nutcase ooohhhhh plus her hubby Ace.....he was hot.

I heard someone clearing his throat next to me.

I noticed that Axel was still standing next to us; I turned to him feeling grouchy again.

"Don't you have friends?"I asked.

"Yeah I do."He said defensively.

"Then shoo."

The hockey team right? They were just a bunch of snobby math pros. I hated that, they were talented in hockey and good in math.

What a strange squad.

I always thought that jocks were dumb. Like super dumb..

Dumber than a dumbbell

He popped out a vape stick and I watched in awe as he didn't even need to light it.

He puffed out some smoke and walked away.

I inhaled the sweet aroma and closed my eyes briefly. Smelled like strawberry

Okay, I felt pretty bad for chasing him away.

That wasn't nice of me and I'll admit it.

But I'll be seeing him sometime today.

I have to go watch him practice.

It's a mandate to go to every one of his games and attend partys.

Blegh!

I hated partys.

They're just so dumb.
