3. Coffee Run

I woke up the next morning, next to Tommy who was still asleep. My phone buzzed on the bedside table, so I checked it to see a text from Josh.

Big Brother: COME OVERRRRRR
Veronnnieee: Whyyyyy
Big Brother: IM BORED, everyone else is asleep and I'm cooking a big breakfast for one
Veronnnieee: Fiiiiinnnneeee, on my way

I climbed out of bed, still in my clothes from the night before, I brushed out my hair and wiped off my makeup before applying another light layer. I got dressed into some baggy sweatpants and a tight tank top with some adidas shoes, grabbed my phone and wallet. I glanced over my shoulder to look at Tommy, I thought of waking him up but decided to leave him there, I didn't really want him to come. I walked out of the apartment, took the elevator down, and walked the few blocks over to Sway house. I knocked on the door, waiting for it to open, and once it did I came face to face with Josh.
"Hey Joshy." I smiled giving him a hug.
"Hey Ronnie." He replied, making me follow him inside, he gave me a quick tour of the house, finishing with the kitchen. He gave me a plate of pancakes and we sat at the dining table.
"I missed having breakfast with you." I smiled and he nodded.
"Yeah me two." He agreed as I heard the front door open.
"OH MY GOD! I AM SO SICK OF HYPE SOMEONE HERE DO SOMETHING FUN!" I heard Nick's voice scream.
"YES PLEASE!" A girls voice screamed as well, I glanced over my shoulder to see him and Avani walking in. "Ooh, PANCAKES!" Avani screamed again as she ran over to the hotplate, serving herself a couple.
"Hey, Ronnie, I didn't know you were living here." Nick said as he grabbed himself a plate two.
"Oh, I'm not, I'm just here for breakfast." I replied as I watched them walk over and sit next to us on the table.
"Awh that's cute a little sibling time." Avani smiled and I nodded.

"Did I hear Nick and Avani?" Anthony asked as he walked down the stairs, walking over to us and giving Avani a kiss. "Hey Veronica, ooh, pancakes." He smiled as he walked over to the kitchen, grabbing himself some.
"Hey Anthony." I smiled back at him as more footsteps walked down the stairs.
"Hey hottie!" Bryce smirked as he saw me.
"Bro, stop it." Josh groaned, making Bryce laugh.
"Yo where's the boyfriend tho, what was his name, Tim or whatever?" Nick asked and I smirked slightly.
"Uh, it's Tommy but he was still sleeping, so I left him." I answered and he nodded slightly.
"Okay." He smirked back, he wasn't wearing his glasses this time but he still looked good. Some of the other's joined us before Nick suddenly stood up. "Who want's coffee, I'm going to Dunkin." He replied and everyone agreed, giving them their orders. "What you expect me to remember all of those myself, com'on Ronnie." He ordered and I laughed, standing up as well.
"Fine, if you insist." I smirked as he walked around the table, making me follow him out to his car. He hopped in the driver's seat, so I got in the passenger's, connecting my phone to the aux. He started driving and turned down the music slightly.
"So, what was up with you last night?" He asked and I shook my head.
"What do you mean?" I asked, him taking his eyes off the road for a second to give me a weird look.
"You're kidding, right?" He asked as he turned his attention back to the road, "I mean, first with the ass grab and then you didn't want anyone else to leave. You didn't want to go home with him." 
"Well the ass grab was just because I was talking to you, he gets a little jealous sometimes." I answered, him nodding slightly.
"Okay, and what about you not wanting to go home?" He asked as we drove past Dunkin Donuts.
"Uh, you missed the turn." I said, pointing back to the store, making him chuckle slightly.
"Don't worry it'll still be there once we get around the block again." He chuckled, "Just talk to me, tell me what's wrong."
"Bro, you don't even know me. Why would I tell you my problems?" I asked in return and he nodded slightly.
"Okay, good enough question." He nodded, "Well I won't tell anyone, I'm really good at keeping secrets and I've been around enough to have some good advice or understand whatever's bothering you."
"Well it doesn't matter anymore, so you don't need to worry about it." I answered as he pulled into Dunkin.
"Did he hurt you? In any way?" He asked, worriedly, I shook my head in response.
"What? No. He didn't hit me or anything." I replied, we went through the drive-through, Nick taking some photos with fans who were working there. We collected the coffees and Nick continued driving back to Josh's house.
"I didn't ask if he hit you, I asked if he hurt you." He told me and I nodded.
"I know." I whispered, looking away from him and out the window. There was silence for a moment before Nick piped up again.

"So when do you play next?" He asked, changing the subject.
"Um, tomorrow night." I answered and he nodded.
"Same time?"
"Yeah, same time. Same place." I replied as he pulled into the driveway.
"I'll be there." He answered and I nodded back as my phone started ringing.

"Oh, this is Tommy, I'll catch you inside." I said to Nick as I got out of the car, answering the phone. "Hey babe, what's up?" I asked.
"Hey, not a lot, where are you?" He asked and I glanced around.
"Um, I'm at Josh's. I'll be back this afternoon sometime." I informed.
"Okay, I guess I'll see you then." He said and I nodded to myself as Nick came back out to get the other coffees.
"Yeah, see you." I answered as I hung up the phone.

"What'd he want?" Nick asked as I followed him back inside.
"Just wanted to know where I was." I answered, him nodding slightly.
"Okay." He shrugged as we joined the others.
"Hey hey." I heard a familiar voice say, turning my head to see Nessa walking towards me.
"Oh my God, Ness!" I called out as I hugged her, "I didn't know you were coming today!"
"I wasn't going to, but then Josh said you were here so I came over!" She smiled back and I nodded.
"Well I'm glad you did." I smiled as Bryce walked in.
"Hey guys look! It's Nick's new girlfriend." Bryce said as he walked over to us, making the others laugh.
"What are you talking about?" Nick asked, smiling slightly as he asked the question.
"Look on tiktokroom." Josh laughed and my brow furrowed as I turned to Nessa.
"What's tiktokroom?" I asked her and she pulled out her phone.
"So all of there's this instagram page, it talks about drama between tiktok stars. Look." She said, pulling up their most recent post.
