"Oh my God." I exhaled as I read the card.
"What? What is it?" Nick asked as he wrapped his arm around my shoulder as he leaned over to read the card. "Modest management... What's that?" He asked, before I shot him a look.
"You're kidding, right? They manage people like Niall Horan, 5 Seconds of Summer, Little Mix! And they used to do One Direction before they went on a 'break'." I replied and his jaw dropped.
"And he wants to manage you two?" He asked and I smiled back at him.
"I guess so." I whispered as his mouth curved up into a smile.
"That's incredible, I'm so proud of you." He smiled before leaning closer to whisper in my ear. "I want to kiss you so bad."
"Me two." I whispered back, moving away to stop myself from doing so. His arm stayed wrapped my shoulder, so his body was leaning against mine slightly. Dixie looked away from her conversation with Noah, taking in how Nick was sitting before shooting me a small smile. I rolled my eyes back at her, but Nick must have seen her smile two because he chuckled slightly before moving his arm back away from me, which only made Dixie pout back at us.

After an hour or two of drinking some more, I decided that it was time for me to go home.
"Thanks for coming guys but I should head back now." I smiled and the others exchanged 'goodnights' and 'goodbyes'. I went to walk away, but stumbled slightly, nearly falling before Nick grabbed onto my arm.
"You alright?" He asked as he stood up next to me, "I'll walk you home."
"Okay." I smiled back as we walked out of the bar together. He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and I reached up to hold onto his hand as my other arm wrapped around his waist. We started walking back towards Sway, my head rested into his shoulder, embracing his scent around me. He pecked my temple before resting his head on top of mine as we walked. It wasn't long until we arrived at Sway, walking up to the door.

"You coming in?" I asked and he shook his head.
"Uh, no. I probably shouldn't." He whispered back as I scanned the streets around us to make sure there wasn't anyone watching us. When I was sure there wasn't I turned back to him, wrapping my hand around his neck to pull him down and kiss him. Our lips collided, his hands holding onto my waist as my other hand pressed against his chest. When we pulled apart, he pressed his forehead against mine. I could feel his his breathing was heavy as his hands grabbed onto my waist slightly. I noticed his mouth had curved up into a smile.
"So... I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked and he nodded slightly.
"Yeah, I've got interviews all morning, but after lunch I'm all yours." He smiled back and a smile crawled onto my face as well.
"Lucky me." I smiled, pecking his lips again as he pulled away from me, watching me walk into the house, the smile still plastered on his face.

I walked up to my room, taking a shower and changing into my sweatpants and bra. I walked over to my bed climbing in and closed my eyes, but something inside of me stopped me from sleeping. If I don't sleep, I won't get nightmares, a small voice inside of me thought as my eyes opened again. I pulled up my laptop, putting on The Office. It was only 10 minutes later when my phone buzzed, Ryland's name showing up as a text.

--
Rylo: What did you do to Nick? He came back in with a massive smile and hasn't stopped sing a song about streets and dancefloors or something
Ron Weasly: Aww sorry Ry, he's yours to deal with now
Rylo: Ugh, fine.

I smiled down at my phone, thinking of Nick singing my song for him. I watched my show until I could hear noise from downstairs, so I assumed people were awake. I threw on a hoodie, that I knew from the smell, was Nick's. Downstairs, I found Jaden, Mads, Quinton and Blake.
"Morning guys." I smiled as I walked down, receiving 'good mornings' back from everyone. I poured myself some cereal, and a cup of coffee, before taking a seat next to Mads. When I finished my breakfast, I walked back up to my room. I took off my pants, but left on Nick's hoodie to climb into bed, pulling the business card off of my bedside table. I dialed the number, waiting for his answer.
"Hello, this is Jason Springer for Modest! Management." A males voice sounded through the phone.
"Hi, it's Veronica Richards. I sang at a bar last night and there was a card left for me at the bar." I replied.
"Ahh, Miss Richards. Sorry about that, I was called back to the office early. You see, usually I would wait around after the show and get to know artists before thinking of managing them, but I had to leave my card with the bartender." He explained and I nodded slightly.
"Okay, that's fine." I answered.
"How would you like to meet up tomorrow over a cup of coffee? Talk about the options that Modest! could offer to you?" He offered and my jaw dropped.
"Um, that sounds incredible, thank you so much." I replied.
"Perfect, meet me at Gipps Cafe, at 1pm tomorrow." He instructed.
"I will, thank you." I hung up the phone, screaming into my pillow in excitement before sitting back on my bed and watching some TV for a couple of hours before there was a knock on the door.

"Yeah!?" I called out, seeing my door open to reveal Nick.
"Heyya." He smiled as he walked in, closing the door behind him.
"Heyya." I smiled back as he started walking around to the other side of the bed, "I'm only wearing underwear... Just a heads up." I said as he flicked up the covers.
"Okay." He smirked, climbing in next to me. He wrapped his arm around my shoulder, pulling me into his side. He glanced down at me, his brow furrowed. "How much sleep did you get last night?"
"Uh, I'm not sure." I lied, resting my head on his shoulder.
"Okay, you look cute in my hoodie."
"Thanks." I smiled back, tilting my head back as an invitation for him to kiss me, which he did. His hand rested against my cheek, his thumb rubbing just under my eye.
"You have some mad bags, babe." He whispered, my stomach flipping at the word babe.
"Yeah? I don't know why that would be." I lied again as his brow furrowed. His hands moved down under the hoodie, resting on the skin of my hips. There was a knock at the door and my eyes widened slightly.

"Ronnie!" Josh's voice called out.
"Fuck." I whispered, "Just a minute! Get under the covers."
"What?" Nick whispered back as I lifted the covers, making him shimmy down. He laid on his stomach but his hand held onto my thigh, pulling my leg across his back.
"Come in!" I called out and the door opened slightly, Josh walking in.
"Morning, have you seen Nick?" He asked and I shook my head as I felt something wet touch my lower stomach.
"Ummm." I hummed, shivering at the feeling on my stomach. "No I haven't, why?"
"Oh, one of the boys said that he came up this way. We wanted to film some TikToks." He explained as Nick continued pecking my stomach.
"Oh, well I'll let you know if I see him." I replied and he nodded slightly.
"Okay, thanks." He smiled as he left my room, closing the door behind him.
"He's gone now." I whispered as I lifted the covers to see Nick smiling back up at me.
"But I like it down here." He replied, his thumb hooking through the side of my underwear as he pecked my stomach again.
"But I want to kiss you." I pouted and he smirked slightly as his other hand held onto my other hip.
"Well in that case." He whispered, pushing my hip so that I was laying on my back and pulling me back down to where he was. He moved slightly so that he was now hovering over me, in between my legs. My hand slid up behind his neck, pulling him down to me, our lips connecting as he lifted my body up, pressing against his. "Um, I should head down. Before more of them come looking for me."
"Yeah, makes sense." I smiled back up at him as he put me back down.
"But, uh, Hype is having a party tonight. You coming?" He asked and I nodded slightly.
"Free booze, good music, and a night with you. I'm so in." I smiled back, pecking his lips again.
