Brooklyn's POV, about a week later...
Y/N: How's it going?
His voice comes over the radio strapped to my waist. I pull it off and press a button on the side.
Me: I can see Anarchy up ahead. Just staying put until you tell me I can go.
Y/N: I think everyone else is almost ready. They ran into some problems. I think they had to kill a few who were patrolling.
Me: We should probably hurry before I get caught by a patrol.
Y/N: You're hidden well aren't you?
Me: Yeah.
Y/N: It's nighttime. I doubt they'll see you.
Me: Let's hope that's the case.
Y/N: Hold on.
I scan around me, making sure nothing is sneaking up on me. A walker to the neck would be an awful way to go out.
Y/N: They're ready.
His voice comes over the walkie talkie again.
Me: Going in then.
Y/N: Be careful. You got this.
Me: Yeah, I guess we'll see.
Y/N: You'll do great.
I strap the radio back onto my waist and turn it off. I don't want Y/N saying anything he shouldn't. I'll get back in touch with him later.
I walk towards Anarchy. I'm nervous. If I mess up, it's over. I'll be in too deep to do anything and just get killed.
Two people patrolling the wall spot me. They stop in front of the gate, waiting for me. They each have a rifle in their hands.
Unknown Man: Who're you?
Me: I'm just passing through. Was hoping I could hang out here for the night.
Unknown Woman: What are you going to give us in return?
Me: What do you want?
Unknown Man: I could think of a few things.
Me: Like?
Unknown Man: I'll give you a place to stay for the night and show you what I'm talking about.
Me: Sounds great.
That's one way to get in. And this could open up some opportunity.
Unknown Woman: What about our patrol?
Unknown Man: You can handle it can't you. I covered for you last week.
Unknown Woman: Because you owed me.
Unknown Man: Then I owe you.
Me: Come on already.
Unknown Man: Excited are we?
Me: Oh yes. So excited.
Unknown Man: Well follow me then.
He bangs on the gate.
Unknown Man: Open up!
The gate opens a few seconds later.
Gatekeeper: Who's this?
He peeks out from behind the gate. He looks me up and down.
Gatekeeper: I don't recognize her.
Unknown Man: She's with me.
Gatekeeper: Alright. Don't have too much fun.
He steps aside and pulls it open a little wider. I follow the man guiding me through the streets of the town. There are a few people out and about. Some of them drunk out of their minds, stumbling around and slurring curse words at people.
