You step onto the porch and look around. You don't see anyone waiting outside to ambush the others. If they are, they've got a really good hiding spot; there's not many good ones.

You grab the door knob with you fake hand in case they did something to it. You press your ear against the door to see if you can hear anything, but there's nothing to hear. You slowly twist the knob, and then stop. You let it go so it can latch again and back up. If anyone is on the other side, they think you're opening the door, and waiting for you.

You take a step back, put all your weight on one leg, and then send your right foot into the door. It flies open and smacks someone. You hear them grunt and then see them stumble backwards. You step in, intending to go for the guy you just stunned, but you hear movement to your right.

You look just in time to see someone about to slash your stomach with a knife. You dodge back, barely missing the blade. They recover and try for your again, this time with intent to stab you. You grab their wrist with your bionic arm and squeeze. You can hear a pop as they let go of the knife and start to kneel down to the ground. By this time the guy you stunned has come at you.

He has a pipe in his hand. A good hit to your head could cause you more problems than you would like. You knee the person you have in front of you to put them down for a few seconds, and pick up the knife from the ground. The pipe comes towards your head from the left. You throw the knife into your right hand and lift your left arm just in time to block the hit. The pipe dings off your arm as it collides with it; sending an awful, reverberating feeling through the man holding it. You use the time to stab the knife into his chin. You feel the weight of his body collapsing, so you let go and watch him fall

Unknown: No!

The person you took down before this guy, now behind you, screams. You look at her and begin to move for your knife.

You: Let's talk for a second.

You pull it out and point it at her as you kneel down in front of her. She's grasping her wrist and doesn't move to attack you.

You: Where are my people?

Unknown: I don't know.

You: Sure, just like I don't know what my name is.

Unknown: Please don't hurt me.

You: You've already moved past redeeming yourself.

Unknown: No, wait! It was Amy's idea. She's the one who wanted to do this, not me. There's were a lot of us that didn't want to hurt or take your people.

You: What a load of bullshit. Why would you attack me then?

Unknown: If Amy found out that I had the opportunity to capture you, and I didn't try, she would kill me.

You examine her. She doesn't look like she's lying, and if she is, she's a professional.

You: Tell me where they are.

Unknown: The second floor. There will be a lot of people next to their room.

She closes her eyes and a few tears slip out. You feel bad.

You: Hey.

She jumps, but then opens her eyes to look at you.

You: Go.

Unknown: What?

You: Go.

You jerk your head to the door.

You: My friend will look at your wrist.

Unknown: But, I...

You: It's ok.

She looks at you with apologetic eyes. She doesn't feel like she deserves this.

You: How many more people are like you?

Unknown: Not many. Just a few. The others have all been killed for being too weak.

You: Your name was Maren right? I helped you get some supplies back from thieves.

She nods her head.

You: Alright, I'll get your friends, and take care of the rest.

Maren: Thank you.

She jumps up and hugs you. She was terrified you or Amy were going to kill her. Maybe it was wrong to believe all these people were bad. There was no way all these people that you saved wanted you dead.

She lets go after a few seconds and gets up. She walks out of the front door and you peak your head out. You can see ruby preparing the van.

You: Ruby!

She looks over to you and sees Maren coming she starts to move for a weapon.

You: I'm sending a few people out to you! Check her wrist for me!

She stops and thinks about what is happening. Obviously confused by the fact you sent someone out to her. But, she pushes that to the side and meets Maren halfway.

Amy's POV...

Me: No kill shots! We can fix a gunshot to the leg! We can't fix a gunshot to the head!

There are ten people in the hall with me. It may not be enough. I still remember what he did to my captors when he rescued me. He was all alone and killed them all.

There's a few gunshots down the hall from us. I can see people around me tense up. Soon we can only hear the screams of whoever was shooting the gun. The screams die down in intensity, but I can still hear someone struggling, grunting in pain.

Next thing I know, I see one of my people fly from out of view and he slams into the wall. His arm flops around as he goes, broken by what I can only guess, is The Bounty Hunter.

A gun goes off and the man who was thrown falls down, dead. We wait, anxiously, for him to come around the corner. But, no one comes.

Charles: What do we do?

Me: He's coming. He has to, to get to his friends.

The Bounty Hunter: Family really. But, I don't blame you for thinking otherwise.

He comes around the corner with a large metal sheet.

The Bounty Hunter: I don't know where you got this, or why you had it, but thank you so much.

Someone fires off a shot and it dings off the shield. He lets out a loud chuckle.

The Bounty Hunter: There should be a few of you who don't want to be here, Maren's friends.

What is he talking about? Has Maren betrayed us.

The Bounty Hunter: You have the opportunity to survive. Walk past me, and go outside. Maren is waiting for you.

I look around at my people. I watch as two people at the front start walking.

Amy: Traitors!

I raise my pistol, and aim at them.

The Bounty Hunter: AH!

I look up to see him aiming his own pistol at me. The two stop and look at me.

The Bounty Hunter: I'd rather not kill you yet!

I tighten my grip around my gun, squeezing the trigger slowly... But, I stop and lower it.

The Bounty Hunter: Alright come on.

He waves his gun towards himself, and they start walking over. Just as they reach him, someone shoots, and lands a shot in Ana's leg. The Bounty Hunter acts quick and shoots the guy who shot. I can see the blood exit his back with the bullet, and the bullet enters someone else's stomach. They fall over and clutch their wound.

The Bounty Hunter has already covered the injured, and we can't get to them. This is a losing battle. Once he starts moving towards us with the sheet, it's over.

But, I still have one trick up my sleeve.
