Clem: I've got the stuff.

Clementine enters the garage with a few packs in tow.

You: You're sure?

Clem: Food, water, some blankets, extra clothes, medical supplies.

You lift two large gas cans into the trunk of the car.

You: Great, I've got everything the car will or could need.

You close the trunk, and take the bags from Clementine.

You: Do you want to drive?

Clem: That's fine. I like driving.

You: It's easier to look at the map if I'm not driving. I'd like to make sure I know where we're going.

Clem: I thought you knew?

You: It's been a few years since I've been there.

You open the back door and throw the bags inside. Clementine starts the car as you walk to your side. As you get in, you see Clementine fiddling with the rear view mirrors.

You: Damn, it's getting colder and colder out there.

Clem: Mhm, that's why I brought blankets.

You reach into the glove department and pull out the map you put in it.

Clem: Are you sure about this?

You stop unfolding the map and look at her. She looks concerned.

You: About what?

Clem: Leaving.

You: Yeah.

You go back to unfolding your map.

Clem: Marina is still pretty young. I don't know if leaving for a few days is a great idea.

You: It's good for her.

Clem: I don't think so.

You: She should learn not to rely on us while we're alive, before she forced to when we're dead.

Clem: That's dark.

You: It's true. Problems we both had.

Clem: Yeah, but she's not even big enough to kill a walker yet.

You: There's people here who can.

Clem: That defeats the purpose on not relying on people then.

You: She relies on me and you to be there for her. If we die, she needs to know there are other people there for her, and that she can do things herself.

Clem: I do wish I knew more before I was on my own.

You: Exactly.

Clem: It's still going to suck for her.

You: You're right.

She puts the car in reverse and backs out. You look at the map and find where you marked Rest Stop when you first started keeping track of everything.

You: So, we have to go passed The Fort...

Clem: The Fort?

The gates close behind you as you speed away from the Rest Stop.

You: Yeah, really crappy name.

Clem: Are they set up in a fort?

You: No.

Clem: Then why call The Fort?

You: I have no Clue, Clem. The people are weird too. Always spouting nonsense about some war.
