Yuxin's POV
We gave the director salute upon entering his office.
"You may take a sit." He said. Each took a sit and looked at Director Zhuo. Actually we are all still nervous because of what Lu Keran said to him a while ago. Hacking military documents is really not righteous. Well, all of us, except Keran herself.
"So, does this mean you'll take the second mission?" Director Zhuo asked.
"Yes sir." I answered formally.
"You four, when you're already at my office, and no other official are here, you don't have to do this formality thing when sitting and talking to me." He said.
"Okay Sir." Daimeng said still formally, then she probably realized what she did and corrected herself.
"Now Keran, explain the plan to me." He said directly to Keran. Keran told him about the plan aside from the 'trainee/staff spy' part.
"Okay, very well you managed to construct a plan in such a short notice. Now, I'll give you a little orientation of what will happen." The director said.
"Okay sir." Jiaqi said.
"I'm putting Yuxin as the decision maker of the group. Among all of you, she is the most mature one." He said eyeing his nephew like he was telling him to grow up.
"okay sir." I answered.
"Jiaqi, you'll lead on physical operations. Fight, spying, and guarding, all of that is your area." The director said.
"Okay sir." Jiaqi answered.
"Keran, you'll still be the mind. Do the planning and analyzing all the time." He pertains to Keran next.
"And you Daimeng, will do your part as what Keran planned. You will be the eye from the outside."He said to Diameng.
"Now, the information of the girls is on the hand of the program's main director, he'll meet you the moment you arrive there." He said talking to all of us this time.
"Now, you'll be sent next week. You'll be treated as a normal trainee, will attend every event that the trainees need to attend, and do all the things a trainee must do." The Director said. All of us are just listening, and no one will complain really. We're not spoiled brats you know.
"You three have to stay until Ms. China and the Director's daughter is there, so do your best to not be eliminated." He said pertaing to me, Jiaqi, and Keran.
"While you, Daimeng, will be eliminated in the second elimination." The director said and we all agreed.
"On the day of your admission on the program, I won't be able to send you off, so just be safe. I'll ask someone to register you, and all you have to do is go there. Now, everything's up. You may now leave."He said dismissing us.
"All leave, except Daimeng." Upon that we all looked at each other trying to have some kind of communication. I know we're thinking the same thing right now.
Daimeng's POV
The three of them already left. Now it's just the director and me, and I'm nervous as hell.
"Daimeng, I'll talk to you as a father now. I heard about what happened to you and my daughter." He started. I know this will be the topic of our conversation.
"Sir, I apologize about what I've done. I never meant to hurt your daughter, sir." I said. I really feel ashamed that I managed to hurt such a precious girl like Zuo.
"I'm not mad, but I want you to give Zuo some space. Go to the mission, finish it, then when you still love my daughter and my daughter still loves you come back to her." He said. I was about to cry. I'm afraid, that when that time comes, she doesn't want me anymore, but the director is right, I should give her space.
