Chapter 27

Xueer's POV

It is my day today but Shaking forgot, so as the four. The others already greeted me, but those idiots seems to not have any idea what day is it today. I pouted not satisfied specially because of Shaking. How come she forgot?

"Hey birthday girl what is the problem?" Xiai asked. We're here at the cafeteria together with Anqi.

"The four idiots and Shaking forgot that it's my birthday today." I said pouting. Anqi then laughed and Xiai gave her a slap on her arms.

"Anqi why are you laughing~~" I whined. She then gave me a side hug.

"Sorry baobei, I just find you cute pouting and all." She said appeasing me. I then pouted even more.

"Are you trying to charm me?" Anqi joked squinting her eyes at me, I then ride her joke and winked at her.

The three of us simultaneously laughed and cringed at what just happened.

"Never do that again baobei, Xin might kill me." Anqi said. I then chuckled. On cue Xin came and sat on our table.

"Hey." She said smiling at me. I then acted casual and ignored her. The three came and greeted us. I ignored them on the other hand. These four all forgot what's with today and I'm kind of disappointed.

Xin's POV

I'm trying so hard to stop myself from bursting, I want to laugh so bad. Xueer looks upset but she's trying her best to not show it.

I actually asked the three to not greet her today, to make her upset on purpose, gladly they coordinated. I actually am really looking forward to what's about to happen later. I planned a dinner, a simple set up for Xueer.

"Oi, Oi, Oi, Xin and friends aren't you forgetting something today?" Anqi purposely asked. I asked her as well to help me make Xueer even more upset.

"Uhm... Do we have to shoot today? It isn't in my sched." I acted. I saw on my peripheral how Xueer silently scoffed.

"Is it the room cleaning?" Keran added. Anqi badly wants to laugh but she knows she can't.

"No, don't you remember what day is it?" Asked Anqi.

"It's saturday, ah... do we have to do the laundry?" Daimeng acted as well.

"No, it's Xueer's birthday. I can't believe you guys forgot." Anqi acted again. I really think she should be an actress as well.

"Oh, sorry I forgot. Happy birthday Xueer." I greeted. The two greeted as well, but Kiki didn't utter a word.

Xueer then gave as a fake smile and excused herself to leave. After we made sure she's already gone, we finally was able to laugh. That was hella fun.

"You guys ruined the mood of the birthday girl." Xiai said gently chuckling. Anqi, who is still laughing made a peace sign smiling so innocently.

I'm gonna make her happy later, that's my goal.

Kiki's POV

I didn't have the courage to greet her happy birthday. I just remained silent avoiding the conversation.

Everyone is busy today, well, aside from me who's alone at our dorm now.

Later tonight, something big will happen. Xin prepared this night for Xueer, and I'm certain she's about to ask her to be official. I'm not certain if I'll be able to handle it.

On the other hand, I already took care of the necklace. It was beautiful, a simple chain with a snow flake as a pendant embedded with crystals. I'm just sad, I won't be able to be the one to put it on her.
