Chapter 5

Keran's POV

We've been here for days now. Later tonight, is the dinner party, and we're here now at our dorm thinking what theme would we wear.

"How about the elements theme?" Yuxin suggested.

"No, definitely not, the first and last time I wore that yellow green suit, Jiaqi made fun of me the whole time saying I look like a plant that grew a face." Daimeng said. Yuxin who suggested the theme grinned probably remembering that day.

"Where's Jiaqi anyway?"Yuxin asked. Ah, I forgot to tell them.

"She got up early, the program's director is summoning her." I answered.

"Oh. Why tho?" Daimeng asked.

"Well, he'll give us the name of the girls we have to protect, datas, etc." I answered again. As we continued talking, Jiaqi entered.

"Guys get closer. I'll just inform you about the girls." Jiaqi said. We followed her and formed a circle.

"Guys, this is Jin Zihan, Miss China. She's under Yuehua Ent. Every 12th of the month, she will go outside to do her duties as Ms. China. So Keran, plan something so we could still keep an eye on her even she's outside the building." Jiaqi said. I nodded. That would be easy. We looked at the photo and we can say that she's a real beauty.

"The next one is Yu Yan, she's Mr. Huang's daughter. He didn't let her use his last name to keep her safe from her enemies, turns out even that, wasn't able to stop his enemy on going after Yu Yan. She was trained and has background on self defense classes." We all nodded that's a good one. At least we know she could fight.

We were all startled by a knock. We got alarmed thinking the same thing, this someone might have heard what we are talking about.

"I'll take it." Yuxin said and opened the door.

As the door fully opened, we saw a small frame talking to Yuxin. It took a couple of minutes more and the conversation ended.

"What was that?" Daimeng said. .

"Anqi invited us to have lunch with her and her friends at room 6. To have something like warm up, she said." Yuxin explained. She sat again and looked at us.

"Guys, we should go."She said. Jiaqi and I sighed at the same time.

"I don't feel like it."Jiaqi said. Same Kiki, same.

"Nope, it's already been 4 days and you guys stayed inside the whole time. What are you guys?Monks?" Yuxin said.

"I'm fine with going." Daimeng said.They are looking on Jiaqi and I.

"What?" I asked. As their stare directly hit me.

"You'll go."Yuxin said.

"Okay." I just shrugged off.

"What?That easy?" Daimeng asked confused of my sudden agreement about going.

"There's a possibility that the girls that we are going to protect are there as well. I just thought that this is a good opportunity to observe" I answered. They just nodded finally understanding.

"Then, I'll go as well." Kiki said. Okay, here's the fun part.

Fast Forward

Xueer's POV

The atmosphere is warm, as about 20 people are here, gathered in room 6.

"Hey, there's lots of food, just go eat as long as you can." Anqi said. Everyone on our dorm's floor are here now. So we suppose that we are waiting no one now, when Anqi spoke.
