My alarm still had time before it starts ringing, I kept on staring at the celling. I was not able to sleep at all last night, I have not closed my eyes at all. It was 5 am. I got up, went to the window opened it and got onto the small emergency staircase balcony. The sun was about to rise. I could feel the soft breeze caressing my face, I could see the fountain found in the park in front me. It was small yet very beautiful and peaceful. I sat down on the swing chair I had dad install for me, as we are in the last floor there is only the roof up. No one really goes out there, specially using the emergency stairs.

I was admiring the view that I didn’t notice the time passing by until I heard my alarm ringing. It was 6 am. I got up and went in the bathroom, I seemed like a half dead zombie when I looked into the mirror. There were dark circles under eyes and my hair was in such a mess. After brushing my teeth and warm shower, I walked into my closet in just my panties and bra. Wondering what to wear, I picked a floral skirt, a white sleeveless top my black leather jacket and my brown high heel ankle boots. Small amount of makeup, some gloss and I let my hair fall over my shoulders. A last glance in the mirror then I opened my door and went in the kitchen. Dad was at the table and mom was making coffee.

“Morning everyone.” I announced as I entered. I kissed dad on his cheek and sat beside him.

“Morning sweetheart,” said dad smiling. Mom kissed me and put my breakfast in front of me. She always kisses me, her way greeting me good morning. I’ve got very adorable parents not to forget Chase. By the way where is he? I was very scared last when he started asking me questions.

“Mom, where is Chase?”

“Still sleeping. He is such a heavy sleeper.” Dad replied instead of mom. Pretty irritated.

“He has morning class today, I’m going to wake him up.” Told them and left for chase’s room. As I entered, he was still in bed. I went to his window and pulled his curtains. It was bright outside, he groaned in displeasure and pulled his covers over his face.

“Wake up Chase. You are going to be late.” I yelled but he didn’t budge. I pulled his cover to the floor, “CHASE, UP NOW.” I yelled again.

“Wait princess, a few more minutes” he moan sleepily. I jumped on the bed and started shaking him right to left, “No wake up now.”

“OK ok, I’m awake. Stop it.” He begged and got up. He went in the bathroom his eyes still closed. Hope he does not fall down. I went again in the kitchen and started eating. Chase came in when I was over. He grabbed a toast and said that he will drop me school instead of dad.

The black eyed peas were playing loudly in the car. Chase drive very fast. I didn’t notice when we even arrived. I got out and went to the other side to Chase as he got out also.

“Have a nice day princess.” He said while hugging me then I kissed him on his cheek wishing the same. I really love him, the best brother ever. Thinking that Sam came to my mind. I shake all my thoughts and walked to the entrance. As I walked in, it meant that I will now have to face him. Just thinking of him again I remember his kiss again. OH GOD!

As I closed my locker, Eliza came.

“Hey Bestie.”

“Hey to you Bestie, you’re alone.”

“Yep, Ryan is with Ben and Kevin. He seemed pretty heated up.”

“Hey Sarah.” Said Gwen encircling me in a hug from behind. “So gorgeous!” she whistled.

“Thank you.” I thanked her and bow slightly, “So you are.” I complimented her

“And what about me?” pouted Eliza. Both Gwen and I laughed at the face she was making. “You too, Eliza.” We said union together.
