Ice Cream Drama

Reys POV

Ben and I went to the store since we found out we would be going in quarantine soon. We went down the isles to see what we needed and what we didn't.

"Hm — what should we get?" I ask while rolling the shopping cart down the isle.

Ben thinks for a while then comes up with "Maybe — we should get ice cream and then go home and watch a movie while eating the ice cream and cuddle up with each other while watching the movie and eating ice cream then we can make cookies"

"Ben we came to the store to buy the materials we need" I scoff

"But you did ask me what we should get did you not?" He questions me

I open my mouth to talk but nothing comes out. Dammit I hate it when he wins.

"Exactly" he kisses my lips

"But really — what should we get — something that we need" I ask

"Ice cream"

"No"

"Yes"

"Yes"

"I said yes" he says while crossing his arms

"Well I said no" I mock his movements

"You're no fair"

"Life isn't fair" I say and he glares at me

"Oh believe me — you already opened my eyes to it" he laughs and I made a pretend offended expression

"No seriously we need to get stuff we are running out of stock" i argue and Ben just grumbles and nods

"I want ice cream" I hear him mumble under his breath

"What was that?" I ask

"Mm — n- nothing" he says and straightens up his posture. I smirk and turn back around

"Hold up I'll be right back I'm going to go grab some hand sanitizer over there" I say while pointing to the spot

"It's not nice to point Rey" Ben says and starts to pout and shake his head while making puppy dog eyes while he puts his forehead on mine at the same time. Gods why did he have to be so cute and hot at the same time?

"Right sorry" I say and put my finger back down awkwardly. There was a smirk on his face.

"Just watch the cart when I'm gone" I say and give him a stern look

"Why wouldn't i?" He asks

"Because — you forget and get distracted easily" I say giving him the "you know I'm right look"

He scratched the back of his neck.

"Don't! Get distracted —okay?" I say

"Okay" Ben replies and kisses my forehead. I smile and go to the hand sanitizer isle

Bens POV

I start to look around while waiting for Rey. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to make a quick trip to the ice cream isle. Yeah let's do that. I take the cart with me and go to the ice cream isle.

"What to choose — chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream — let's go with chocolate" I say mumbling to myself. I saw a person staring at me weirdly and I just gave an awkward smile and back away to my cart and went out the isle quickly. My phone then buzzed.
