Hux and I have been in a relationship for almost a year. Well yeah.. that's all gone now. I will never forget that day and that night when my world came crashing down.. but someone became my new world. We are now married have 2 twins 1 boy and 1 girl and I can't wait for the rest of the years that await. I'll take you back to the day it all happened.
"Hi Hux" I say over the phone
"Hi Rey" he replies back. Hux and I haven't really been... well- how do you say this.. um talkative lately. I always had Ben though. He made me feel better and help me when I had troubles and I do the same for him.
"I just wanted to tell you that it is Poe and see Finns wedding tomorrow and you can come if you'd like" I say
"Erm yeah sure I'll go.." he says
"Okay I'll just see you tomorrow and wear something formal" I say
"Okay will do rey" he says and hangs up. What an asshole. I decided to bring Ben along because he's my best friend and his jokes are really funny. I can't really get enough of him.
"BEN solo" I say on the call
"REY kenobi" he mocks and I laugh over the phone
"Are you busy tomorrow?" I ask
"Nope" he chuckles over the phone "I'm assuming that you're inviting me to Finn and Poe's wedding"
"Yeah- wait how do you know?" I ask
"I'm mysterious- I'm just playing they invited me" he laughs over the phone
"Ohhh okay" i laugh along "so much for telling you"
"Yeah I'll be going. Do you need a ride or... is Hux taking you" Ben says with a little bit of disgust while saying Huxs name
"Actually.. yeah I'll need a ride... Hux never offered to give me a ride and my grandfather is out of town... I really need to get my permit" I say
"Okay I'll be your Ben get away driver" he jokes
"You're such a dork" I laugh over the phone
"Yes but I'm your dork" he replied
"Of course you are why wouldn't you be" I say
"Ben! Can you help me cook the lasagna please" I hear Leia call in the background
"Sure thing mom I'll be right there" he calls out and turns his attention back to me
"What time do you want me to pick you up?" He asks
"Like around 2:30 the wedding starts at 3:00" I say
"Okay-."
"Ben who are you talking to?" I hear Leia call
"I'm talking to Rey" Ben replies with happiness in his tone
"Rey?! Hi Rey! Dear how are you?" I hear leia gasp and drop what ever she was holding and run over to the phone
"I'm fine Leia how are you?" I ask
"I'm doing fine myself" she says
"What's all the ruckus about?!" I hear Han call
"Its Rey honey!" Leia yells at Han and I hear footsteps stomping down the stairs and coming near the phone
"Rey?! Hey kid hows everything going?!" I hear Han say excitedly
