Poe is missing

"Good morning!" Leia greeted cheerfully as she walked to the coffee machine.

"Morning" Ben and Rey both mumbled lowly.

"Is something wrong with you 2?" Leia asked in concern while she grabbed a packet from the jar.

"Mom, you haven't seen Poe have you?" Ben asked completely ignoring her question.

"No, not since he got mad at you both" Leia replied while frowning. Her face then softened and her eyes went wide.

"That was 3 weeks ago" Leia muttered and almost dropped her coffee but held her grip. She turned to the couple in front of her as they looked back.

"Poe is missing" Rey whispered mainly to herself.

"Yes, yes, I know!" Poe argued with the BB unit beside him.

"I just needed some time to think okay. It's going to be hard for me, when I see them leave again. What if they are gone for another 11 years?!" Poe exclaimed rubbing his temples. BB-8 replied with sad but mad beeps.

"Hey! You try seeing the friends you've grown up with leave you again to do Jedi stuff! I don't even understand that bullshit, so I'm just gonna leave it there. Now stop nagging me to go back, I need more time!" Poe angrily yelled at his droid while it moved back slowly.

2 more weeks later

•

"We have sent messages out everywhere! Where could he have gone?!" Rey frantically paced around the room while Ben watched as he ran a hand through his hair in stress.

"When he gets here I'm gonna kill him!" Rey muttered angrily. Ben shot his head up and quickly walked to her.

"Rey, slow down we don't even know the reason why he left." Ben said calmly even though they both knew he was a wreck inside.

"What if we don't see him again?" Rey's voice cracked signaling she was close to crying.

"We will see him again, it's okay" Ben soothed her as he ran his fingers through her hair that was currently down. 

"Okay" Rey sniffled and quickly wiped her tears away.

"They what?!" Poe said in surprise to BB-8

"They sent a message out to find me?" Poe murmured and looked quickly at the ground. BB-8 scolded him for being an idiot for leaving.

"I really messed up, they probably think I'm dead by now, I have been gone for 5 weeks, Ben and Rey leave again tomorrow" Poe mentally punched himself.

"Come on, buddy!, We are going back to the base!" Poe yelled as he ran to his X-Wing. BB-8 beeped happily and followed after him and got in it's seat on the X-Wing.

After a while the resistance base came in view. Poe took a deep breath and quickly landed his ship in the hangar. Poe's instinct told him to go to the Cafeteria considering that it was morning. BB-8 went in first and greeted everybody.

"BB-8? BB-8!" Rey excitedly jumped out of her seat and hugged the droid who made happy beeps.

"If you're here then that means-" Ben said  until he heard the door close. Everybody looked over to see Poe standing at the entrance awkwardly.

"Hey" Poe awkwardly waved quickly. It was quiet for a moment.

"YOU!" Rey stomped towards him angrily.

"COMPLETE!" Rey then grabbed his bag and smacked him with it on the leg. Poe's expression changed to fear.

"ASS POE DAMERON!!" Rey yelled angrily and began to breathe heavily.

"YOU DON'T SHOW UP HERE AFTER WEEKS!!" Rey smacked him with the bag again but this time with more force.

"AND YOU SAY HEY?!" Rey scoffed and looked at him with the anger still there. Poe gulped after her sudden attack glad that she didn't use the force on him. Ben just stood back  slightly afraid of his own girlfriend.

"Where's my lightsaber, Ben? Where's my lightsaber?" Rey quickly stepped toward Ben who stepped back in fear.

"I don't know" Ben quickly said and checked his belt for it though it wasn't there.

"Ben Solo you give me my lightsaber!" Rey warningly yelled as Ben's back hit the wall.

"I don't have it!" Ben said with a tint of fear in his voice.

"How come he's got your lightsaber?" Poe's audacity spoke for him.

"Never mind why he's got my lightsaber" Rey turned her way towards Poe who still stood afraid.

"Where have you been?" Rey asked in demand for an answer

"I was on Naboo" Poe mumbled

"Why did you leave?" Rey questioned

"I- I'll talk about it later" Poe stuttered and scratched the back of his head. Though Rey disagreed she knew that it would be best if it were that way so she didn't argue. She felt more calmed now that she took out all her anger on him which is probably against the Jedi but she was worried sick about him. She ran up to him and hugged him tightly.

"I'm sorry" Rey apologized

"It's okay but I'm sorry too" Poe apologized back. Rey smiled then nodded heading back to the table she sat at with Ben and Leia.

"Idiot" Ben chuckled and slapped the back of Poe's head.

"Thanks" Poe laughed and rubbed the back of it.
