She's Worth Everthing

"REY!!" Ben shrieked as he ran into the burning building that would collapse any second.

"Ben!" Han yelled as his son ran into the building.

Obstacles came in Bens way as he used the force to push them out. His main priority was to get Rey out of there. He heard a baby crying and he instantly knew it was Rey.

"Rey I'm coming!" Ben yelled until he got hit with one of the bricks from the ceiling. He cried in pain but continued on and ignored the pain that began to subside. He knew Rey would be his future love. He knew they were a Dyad. He knew all of this but nobody else did. Sure he was only 10 years old and she was only a few months but he felt it in the force. His grandfather and other force ghosts told him that Rey was his future love.

"Rey?!" Ben coughed and he heard her cry again. He ran to the cries and found her in a crib covered in ash.

"Rey!" Ben sighed relieved and quickly grabbed her out of the crib.

"Let's get you out of here sunshine" Ben said while wrapping his arms around her  protectively and making his way out. It was a struggle since he was carrying her and pushing objects out of their way.

"Ben?! Ben?!" Ben heard Leia call worriedly. He ran towards her voice and heard screams when there was ruckus from above him.

"BEN!!" Han and Leia both yelled at the top of their lungs. Bens reflexes kicked in and he jumped out of the way before the ceilings crashed on him.

"NO!!!" Leia screamed as Ben heard her sobs and cries.

"There's no way he made it out of there..... there's no way" Ben heard a citizen say while he was almost at the entrance to get out. The entrance was blocked and his air way began to close up. Ben used his shirt to help Rey to breath well other than himself. He felt like passing out but he didn't since he didn't want to burn alive along with Rey. Ben yelled out a struggled cry and used the force to blast the jammed door out of the way. Gasps were heard from around and people murmuring.

"Ben?" Han muttered in hope and Ben walked out of the building.

"BEN!" Leia yelled happily and ran over to his side and hugged him tightly along with Han.

"What on earth were you thinking?! Going in there alone! You could've gotten yourself killed!" Leia scolded him and kissed his forehead.

"I had to save Rey...." Ben coughed and smiled while looking down at Rey. Her head was tilted in wonder and she burst out into a fit of giggles as she clapped her hands. Ben laughed at her and hugged her closely to him. Leia and Han had surprised expressions but smiled at Bens attitude.

"Prince Ben.... we will take the orphan if you don't mind. We will make sure she finds a family and a place to stay" A guard said holding his hand out for Ben to give him Rey. Ben stood there and frowned at his hand and smacked it away.

"Get your hands off my woman!" Ben warned and held Rey to him.

"W-woman?" The guard said surprised and shocked at Bens over protectiveness

"Don't you dare lay a finger on her" Ben said and the guard retreated his hand.

"Ben are you okay?" Leia asked while Han was smirking in amusement.

"I'm fine. But Reys mine" Ben said and began to walk off to the palace. People watched in surprise at their Princes sudden change of attitude.

"We apologize for his actions General. We don't know what's gotten into him" Leia apologized

"It's not a problem Mistress." The guard bowed and awaited his next orders.

"Hi sunshine" Ben cooed at Rey as she fiddled with his fingers while giggling.

"You almost got yourself killed today..... but don't worry.... you're safe now.... in my arms....my love" Ben whispered to her and wiped ash from her face. Rey made a little noise and bubbles came out her mouth.

"You're so adorable you know that" Ben laughed at her and gave her soft eyes. It would be wrong for Ben to date a newborn who is only a few months while he is 10 years older. So he decided he would wait until it was legal for him to. When Rey turns 19 he would be 29. He didn't like the idea of waiting..... but he would wait for her.... because she's worth everything.
