Contacting JJ

The next day the kids went with Owens brother Andre to watch Paige play soccer while they were doing that Clair and Owen got on speaker phone and called JJ

JJ- "Hello?"

Clair- "Hi yes is this Justin Watt?"

JJ- "Yes it is, may I ask who's calling".

Owen- "We are Owen and Clair Hart, mister Watt we are calling to let you know that we are fostering your children Jessica and Cody".

JJ- "Fostering?"

Clair- "Well yes JJ, you see I think you may have gotten a call from Dan Willis yesterday about their mom".

JJ- "Oh my god, she put them into foster care and didn't even contact me!!!".

Owen- "We aren't sure why she did it sir, but we were thinking maybe you would want to see Cody and Jessica".

JJ- "Of course I do, the last time I saw them was before Julie won the custody battle".

Clair- "Perfect, also we were wondering maybe you could meet them the day of the next home game?"

JJ- "That sounds perfect, I really appreciate this, also if you don't mind me asking will they be able to come and live with me?"

Owen- "That's what we are hoping, you are declaring for the draft I heard so I don't think it would be a problem for them to live with you after your Junior year is done".

JJ- "This sound amazing thank you guys so much, also if ya could maybe keep it a surprise from them and just say you are going to the game".

Clair- "Oh don't worry JJ we got it covered, we are so glad we could talk to you".

Owen- "We are so happy, the kids have been wondering about you, also if you don't mind me asking were you in the Army?"

JJ- "No I wasn't, let me guess that's what Julie told the kids?"

Clair- "Yeah she did, well JJ we will see you very soon have a good day".

JJ- "You guys too, and thank you". 

They hang up the phone

Owen- "Yes!!!!". (hugs Clair)

Andre and the kids walks through the door

Andre- "We going to states!!!!".

Clair- "No way, congrats Paige".

Paige- "Thanks, I have to say maybe we should sign Jess up".

Owen- "Why you say that?"

Jack- "She was kicking the ball around after the game with Paige and she is very good".

Jessica- "I scored big time". (smiles)

Andre- "She also convinced me to put Justin Bieber on the radio".

James- "Oh you loved it, you rapped that one part". (laughs)

Clair- "We have some news".

Paige- "You're pregnant".

Owen- (laughs) "No".

Colt- "Then what is it?"

Clair- "We are going to a Badgers game".

Patty- "Really?"

Owen- "Yep next Saturday's home game, also we get early axcess cause we are gonna get a tour".

Eric- "That's awesome".

Cody- "Yeah".

Andre- "Don't worry Jess I'll watch Max". (smiles)

Jessica- "Okay remember".

Andre- "Fed three times, extra if very good".

Jessica- "Yep". (hugs him)

Max barks and licks Andre

Clair- "Seems like he likes Andre already". (laughs)

Owen- "Okay kids how about some dinner, then we can take Max for a walk".

Jack- "Let's go eat".

The kids go to the dining room

Andre- "You found him".

Owen- "We found him". (smiles)

Andre- "He's gonna surprise them before the game?"

Clair- "Yep, he's as excited as we are".

Andre- "I'm sure Jess and Codes will be shocked".

Owen- "Oh for sure".

Colt- (yells from dining room) "Come on guys!!!".

Clair- "Coming". (they go to the dining room) 

After they ate they took Max for a walk

James- "You excited for the game Jess?"

Jessica- "Yep, I've always wanted to go to a Badger game, but Dan liked TCU so we had to take trips down there".

Jack- (laughs) "Hey at least you got to go to Texas".

Cody- "Yeah it's pretty cool down there".

Max stops and goes to the bathroom

Eric- "That's like the fifth tree".

Colt- "Hey you're the one you gave him water".

Patty- "He got you ther Eric". (laughs)

Owen- "Are we ready to head back?"

James- "Yep this one's getting sleepy". (holding Jessica) 

Clair- "Let's go then".

They get back to the house and they get ready for bed, after they get chnaged James comes in Jessica and Codys room

James- "Goodnight guys".

Cody- "Goodnight James".

Jessica- "Goodnight". (kisses his cheek)

James- "Goodnight sweetie". (he shuts off the light and closes their door)

Clair- "That little girl has you wrapped around her finger doesn't she?"

James- "You could say that". (smiles)

Clair- "Okay I told Jack before he went to sleep so I'll tell you, we found their dad".

James- "That's great".

Clair- "That's why we are going to the Badger game a little early".

James- "Wait so her dad is JJ?"

Clair- "Yep". (smiles)

James- "How did you find out?"

Clair- "When they called Dan".

James- "This is great". (smiles)

Clair- "Will you be okay when they leave, cause they are gonna live with him".

James- "Yeah I'll be okay, just make sure we keep in touch please".

Clair- "I will for sure do the hun".

James- "Thank you". (hugs her)

Clair- "Goodnight hun".

James- "Goodnight".
