It was Sunday and JJs first game as a Houston Texan, he and the kids were up and ready to go. Meagan came and got the kids while JJ and Brian headed to the stadium
Brian- "You nervous?"
JJ- "A little, but I mean hey everyone gets first game jitters".
Brian- (laughs) "You're right there man I'm a little nervous too and I'm in my third year".
They get to the stadium and go into the locker room to get ready for warmups out on the field, once they are changed they got out onto the field, some fans were already and also Megan,Cody, and Jessica were there also
Cody- "I see dad and Uncle Brian!!".
Meagan- "Wave at them".
The kids wave, JJ and Brian see so they come over
JJ- "Hey guys". (hugs them)
Cody- "This place is huge".
Brian- "Just wait till everyone starts showing up".
JJ- "Wanna play some catch Codes?"
Cody- "Yeah".
Him and JJ play catch while Brian and Jessica run around, after a while Flynn, Olly, Wade, Steven, Chase, and their parents show up
Flynn- "Dude this place is insane".
Scott- "Maybe you'll be out on the field someday".
Martha- "Oh would you stop that it's his choice".
Cody- "Hey guys".
Chase- "Hey dude you ready for the game?"
Cody- "Oh you bet, I can't wait to watch my dad and the others".
Olly- "Hi Jess".
Jessica- "Hi Olly".
JJ- "Okay we have to head back to the locker room and gear up, love you guys". (hugs the kids)
Cody- "Good luck dad and uncle Brian".
Jessica- "Good luck".
The all of the kids, Meagan, and parents take their seats, the intro on the big screen starts and the announcer starts
Announcer- "Welcome everyone to the first home game, here are your Houston Texans!!!!!!, now we are show casing the starting line up for the defense today, so starting at middle linebacker number 56 Brian Cushing!!!".
The stadium erupts with cheers
Meagan- "Let's go babe!!!!".
Jessica- "Go Uncle Brian!!!!".
Announcer- "Starting at linebacker number 98 Connor Barwin!!!!!".
The fans cheer
Announcer- "Number 51 Brooks Reed!!!!!"
Ash- "Let's go hun!!!!".
Cody- "Oh hi Aunt Ashley". (hugs her)
Announcer- "And starting at defensive end number 99 JJ Watt!!!!!".
