"So where are we going?" she asked while struggling to walk the large German Shepherd. He shrugged and continued to scroll through his Instagram. Multiple fans were asking about his and Alissa's marriage. She apparently changed her status and sent out a tweet about marriages never lasting or some bullshit. A lot of comments were positive, wishing him well through their tough time and respecting whatever decision they would make. Others weren't so thrilled about it. One comment in particular made him laugh.
mickypickles So when's the wedding, mate??
Multiple comments had rolled in asking what Nicholls was talking about but as always, he neglected the duty of answering any of them.

He turned his phone off once they made it to his and Alissa's lawyer.
"Would you mind staying out here and watching Luna?" He slightly felt bad for asking her the favor but she had agreed to it when he asked.
"Yes I'll babysit your daughter." He chuckled and kissed her on the cheek, adding in a 'mwah' for extra measures. He walked into the building and his shoes echoed against the polished stone floor. To say he was nervous was an understatement. Sure he had gotten divorced and went through the same procedure before but that was under different circumstances. He spotted Alissa sitting outside the lawyer's office and he couldn't decide if he should wait with her or run. She hadn't spotted him yet so he just stood in the middle of the empty hallway, weighing his options.
"Oliver." His head snapped up out of its daze at the mention of his name. Alissa had gotten up and was walking towards him. His heart began to race but for a different reason. He was scared. He was scared of what his fans would think. He was scared of this divorce. He was scared of the power Alissa still had over him.
"How have you been?" she asked and looked up at him as if this divorce was normal and not nerve wrecking.
"Been better." He wasn't sure if he should bring up the fact that he'd been thinking about giving Alissa his house. She nodded and looked away.
"Do you want to sit down and talk about who gets what while we wait for her to finish up with a client?" He sighed and walked towards the small seating area outside of the lawyer's office.
"I'll take the dogs and anything to do with the band. You can have the house." She made a noise of confusion.
"So you're giving me a whole house plus the cars and everything in it?" Oliver nodded and fell back into the plush armchair.
"Oliver, are you fucking stupid? I'm a model but I don't have that kind of money to be paying a house note that's worth more than my life plus four car notes that would send me six feet under if I'd see how much the insurance is. And what about the safe? I'm sure you're going to want that." He gave her a look and groaned. He didn't have time for this. He made it clear what he wanted and what he didn't, yet she bitched when she was getting the better end of the bargain.
"I'll finish paying off the house and cars for you. As for the safe, the code is my mother's birthday." Alissa shook her head and he knew he'd have to get stern with her.
"Alissa I'm a focking rock star. My net worth is two million and counting. Does it look like I have a money issue. I'd be paying the same thing if I were to keep it so what's the point. You bitch if I keep the house, you bitch if you get the house, you bitch if you pay, you bitch if I pay. Just take my offer and it's a win win for both of us. You get a free house and I don't have to keep a house that I don't even live in anymore." They sat in silence for a while before the door to the office opened and a couple came out with pissed off expression. He couldn't help but wonder if that was going to be his and Alissa's expression when they walked out of there. The lawyer stood in the doorway and sighed. A smile lit up her face once she spotted the well known couple.
