"Clothes?" Oliver asked and she nodded. He gave her a look before continuing to read the list.
"Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, flatiron, blow dryer, makeup, shoes, belt, extra hair ties, phone, chargers, computer, pads, hoodies because you are not stealing mine, snack stash, extra blankets because it's the middle of winter and it gets cold, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, any medicine you may need." He looked up from the list and she nodded.
"Did I miss anything?" She zoned out before popping back up.
"Headphones." She ran back into her room and came back out with three different pairs, one of which being Airpods.
"Perfect timing. Dogs are staying with Emma and the bus just arrived. Let's go." They grabbed their stuff and made a few trips back and forth before Evelyn locked the door for good. It was three in the morning and snowing. This was not going to be a good morning for any of them. They were tired and cold and hungry. Oliver was the first one on the bus and since he had Evelyn, claimed the back room of the second story. Evelyn looked around and gasped. She never expected the inside of a bus to be this large. She completely stopped working once she spotted the stairs. Oliver came down the stairs and furrowed his eyebrows. He was kind of concerned that the woman wasn't even breathing. He waved a hand in front of her face and she blinked.
"There's a second story." she told herself for confirmation and he chuckled and nodded. The bus lurched forward and she stumbled forward into Oliver's chest. He chuckled and held her close as he led her towards one of the couches.
"Yes, love. This bus has two stories. The top is a little low so you're going to have to duck a little." She nodded and rested her head on his shoulder, watching him as he scrolled through Instagram comments.
"So where's the first stop?" she asked and he sighed while putting his phone away.
"Royal Albert Hall in South Kensington." She hummed and stood up. Climbing the stairs while a bus was moving was tricky and her shoulder hit the wall as the bus stopped.
"If this is Fish's stop I'm going to fucking kill him!" The bus door opened and she looked around the corner to meet Jordan climbing onto the bus. He was carrying two duffle bags and a can of Monster.
"Morning, mate." he greeted Oliver and Oliver nodded. Evelyn disappeared back upstairs and ducked a little as she made her way all the way to the back of the bus where the bed was. She looked around in wonder. The bottom floor had a kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Upstairs had a second lounge, bathroom, bunk area, and small bedroom. She sighed contently as she climbed into the bed and instantly fell asleep to the sound of the engine's lull.
