Chapter 21: First Day & Considerations...

Bella’s POV

“You ready for this?” I asked Renesmee from the front seat of the car. I could see her from the mirror, and looked perfectly fine, but we could all tell she was nervous. She fidgeting so much in the car, I think if it weren’t for Jacob caressing her hand I think she might have a complete melt down.

“Y-yeah, so totally ready for this…” She said in a far away voice.

“Honey its just your first, I promise nothing is going to happen. And if something does happen, you can call us and we will pick you up, ok?” I soothed, patting her knee.

“You know what, maybe the whole homeschooling thing isn’t a bad idea now. You know you get more of it more than going public school.” Renesmee said, getting all jittery.

“Go have fun Renesmee.” Edward said bluntly, I sighed; let it be him to always be so frank. I look back at him about to give him a warning look but saw a smile and I knew he was only giving her hard time.

Renesmee’s POV

Ok I can do this; you can do this Renesmee, just step out of the car. That’s all I have to do, “Here goes nothing.” I whisper out, but very well knew that everyone in the Range Rover could here me.

“You can do this baby.” Mom encouraged.

I slowly opened the door and stepped out, and grabbed my backpack, once I stepped out of the car I felt the damp concrete on my new All Stars, it was sprinkling out so my hair was getting wet. Within that moment I felt I could actually do this.

“Alright I’ll see you guys later, I guess.” I swallowed.

“Bye Renesmee, love you.” Both mom and dad said to me.

“Bye Bye sissy, goot luck today.” I heard Mandy shout, I smiled at that.

“Hey Nessie?” I heard Jacob say from the window.

I turned around to face him; he waved me over and whispered something in my ear. I smiled at what he said; as he finished he kissed my cheek and sat back in the backseat 

I finally walked to the doors, opening them up; it was my first time being in a school. It smelled funny, than again I could practically smell everyone within fifty feet of me. So I caught the scent of a lot of people. Just thinking of people had me smiling; finally I’m meeting new people and making new friends.

“Hey, your Renesmee right?” I turned to see a girl that was kind of short; she had shoulder length brown hair and braces. As well as freckles on her cheeks. She was smiling at me.

“Yeah, I’m Renesmee, but people call me Nessie. Nice to meet you.” I smiled sticking my hand out.

She took it, shaking it, “Alright Nessie, nice to finally meet you, I’m Morgan, I’ll be showing to where all your classes are. Do you have your schedule?”

“Uh, no actually I hoping that I would get one when I got here.” I said sheepishly, looking down.

“Oh yeah, absolutely…since the warning bells about to ring, why don’t we just go ahead up stares and get it,” We started walking right than towards a hallway, I could see some people looking at me but I chose to ignore it, “Normally when you come in; in the morning you can have breakfast in the cafeteria or you can go into the gym and wait for the bell to ring.”  

“Ok.” Was all I said, continuing to walk with her.

Three minutes later

“Alright, Renesmee…how do you spell that? Is it just Rene and Esme put together or spelled differently?” the receptionist asked me as looked for my file.
