Chapter 19

"We leave in an hour. Pack up and we head to the Underworld" I told our group as Sydney and Zoe said their good byes.
Rose had offered to walk her to the school and Dimtri was going with her.
I had explained to everyone, except Dimitri, that Rose was pregnant, and didn't want to hurt the baby.
They said their goodbyes and the three were off.
"Where to next?" Aidan asked
"The Underworld" I said grimly.
"No caves" he said firmly and I smirked.
"Then I suppose you have a plan on how to travel in the Underworld unseen" I said
"Fine" he sighed
"Go on. Clocks a ticking" I said to them and they all rushed off.
I talked to Amber and David as everyone got their things together and I pondered my plan.
Did I ever mention my plans suck?

"So, where are we hearing this time?" Calum asked
"To find a very special book" I said as we all stood in the Maze of Corridors.
"Plan?" Thea asked
"Same as always, we go in groups. Calum, Drew, Daniella and Thea will scout. Me and Aidan will find the book and Jace, Sydney, Adrian and Eddie will keep guard" I said
"What about us?" Lissa asked and I pointed to the sofa.
"Stay here. Don't close the door and don't leave the room" I said sternly
"But we want to help" Lissa argued
"If the door is closed, we're stuck there, please, just stay here" I said pleadingly
"Fine" she sighed and I tapped into our Bond for the first time in a few months.
She's not gonna listen.
"Lissa, if you leave, you could very well be loading the bullet in the gun" I growled
"I want to help you!" She yelled
"Christian, a word" I growled and dragged him away.
"I am not getting on her bad side" he argued
"If you guys go down there, we will all die and no one can save Dexter. I confessed everything out in front of you. Two very dark secrets. Now, we need to save Dexter or he will become evil in the future" I said
"How long will you be gone?" He asked
"A week probably. Then it will take us a few days to find Dexter, then we kill Michael, then get back and take him to Heartland" I said
"We're cutting it short" he said
"I know, that's why, if you two go down there, it will only delay us" I said
"Fine. I'll keep her here" he said and I nodded walking back in.
I sealed off the entrance and locked all the doors except the Underworld.
The couch turned into a bed and a fridge was beside it.
"What about a bathroom?" Lissa asked angrily
I snapped my fingers and a bathroom door replaced Netherlands temporarily.
"Keep her here" I told Christian and left them as they argued loudly.
I stepped through first and as soon as the last of us stepped through, the door closed and formed a black bow with a black button on it.
I picked it up and the mist took it away temporarily.
I lead my team one way while the others wandered around, searching for the castle I described.
'uh, mom. I think I found it' Calum said shakily in my head.
I hurried towards him and seen him starring at the castle in horror.
It was a sight to see.
The towers had slimy serpents around it, gryphons flew in the sky, the moat was filled with screaming ghosts of woman and children, the walls were covered in black ink, poison, and there was a skeleton with horns laying on the drawbridge.
"Tell me that's not what I think it is" Drew said, petrified.
"Welcome to Lucifer's Court," I told all three teams as we started at the mensing building "home of the devil himself" I said
