3rd Person P.O.V.
It has been three days since Steven and Howard showed up. Today, Steven and Howard explored Homeworld for the majority of the day (with the Diamonds as tour guides). Steven and Howard just got back.
Steven is making dinner. Even though he, Greg and Howard are the only humans in the house (who actually need food), Amethyst and Spinel liked to eat, too. He made spaghetti.
Pearl and Garnet were watching TV while Steven, Spinel, Howard, Greg, and Amethyst were at the table with their plates. Amethyst added parmesan cheese to her spaghetti, at the table.
(Steven) What are you doing?
He asked, wondering why she would do that when the spaghetti was fine the way it is.
(Amethyst) Adding a little parmesan cheese.
(Steven) Are you saying the food needs improvement?
He sounded like he was offended that she would need to add something to his food to make it taste better. Greg and Spinel were confused along with Amethyst. Howard looked nervous, almost like he had been in a situation like this before.
(Howard) (whispers) Do not answer. It's a trap.
Amethyst eventually answered Steven's question.
(Amethyst) No, just changing the flavor profile.
(Howard) Oh, that's a bad answer.
(Steven) Okay.
(Howard) Wait, what?
He was trying to comprehend what he just heard.
(Howard) How come when I put something in your food you give me a lecture?
(Steven) Putting whipped cream in a sandwich is far different than adding parmesan cheese to spaghetti.
(Howard) I dunno, man. It's sounds the same to me.
They ate in silence for a few minutes and then Howard broke the silence,
(Howard) You know, spaghetti was Ms. Fitzgerald's favorite.
(Steven) Really?
(Howard) Yeah. One day, she mentioned that spaghetti was her favorite and then, like, a week later, me and my folks had spaghetti for dinner. And I packed some of the leftovers and I gave it to her in her dojo the next day. She said, "thank you" and she gave me a sticker.
(Steven) Yeah, that sounds like something she would do.
He said while he ended up remembering something in the past.
Flashback:
(Phoebe) Are you ready?
(Steven) Yes.
They both got in a fighting stance.
(Phoebe) Go!
He strikes first but she moves to the side and jabs his ribs. He swung his arm at her to make her back up but she ducked below his arm and elbowed his chest, forcing him to back up. He goes for a kick but she caught his leg and elbowed the side of his face.
(Phoebe) Aggressive.
She was right, he was constantly going for the defense and leaving himself open to counterattack. She kicks at him but pushes her foot away to avoid getting hit. She was vulnerable and he took advantage of this.
He gets a direct hit to her face but she retaliates but gripping his collar and headbutting him. He falls to the floor but quickly gets back on his feet. He goes for a right hook but she stops him with both of her hands and pushed his arm back.
