Steven needed 5 items to construct a device. He has the blaster Yellow gave him so now he has 1/5 items. He went to Peridot and Lapis at Little Homeworld.
(Peridot) Steven, how are you feeling? We've heard you taken quite a beating from the Diamonds.
(Steven) On the contrary, they took a beating from me.
(Lapis) (chuckles) Anyways what are you doing here?
(Steven) Peridot, do you have that tape recorder I gave you a long time ago?
(Peridot) Oh, yeah, I have it in my gem.
She revealed the tape recorder that was broken by Lapis a long time ago.
(Lapis) You kept it?
(Peridot) Well, I couldn't let my data go to waste until I found another tape recorder.
(Steven) I need to look at the tape recorder. Don't worry, your data will be safe.
She hands him the broken tape recorder. He took out Peridot's tape of her progress saved.
(Peridot) Uh, Steven, what are you doing?
He gave Peridot the tape. He crushed the tape recorder with his hand.

Steven opened up the tape recorder and took out a micro-chip. Now he has the audio enhancer (he can use the chip and the gizmos to enhance the audio). 2/5 items, so far so good.
Now he needs a gem scanner, gizmos, and a watch.
(Steven) Here.
He gave Peridot the now more broken tape recorder.
(Peridot) Wow, thanks?
(Steven) Don't mention it.
(Peridot) That wasn't a-- Never mind.
He went back to his house. When he walked inside, he saw Howard.
(Howard) Hey, man. Have you seen Ms. Fitzgerald?
(Steven) She's fine. Howard, I need a favor from you.
(Howard) Sure, what is it?
(Steven) Do you have a watch?
(Howard) I think so. Why? You need the time?
(Steven) Not exactly. Do you mind if I keep the watch?
(Howard) Uh, no. You can have it. Lemme find it.
He went upstairs. Steven went over to the hidden trap door that Phoebe is in. He lets her out.
(Phoebe) You took your time.
(Steven) Are you okay? Are you hurt? Anything happen down there?
(Phoebe) (chuckles) Nothing happened. I was underground for 5 hours. Did you defeat Moonlight?
(Steven) Yes. She's locked up in the house.
(Phoebe) What?
He lends her his hand and she took it. He pulls her out of there.
(Steven) She's over there.
He points to the glass cell. Phoebe walks over in front of it.
(Phoebe) I thought you said she's 7 feet tall.
(Steven) I've shrunken her down before her defeat.
She took notice of both humans at her cell.
