Author's Note: This is a note I strongly advise you to read and take into consideration during the time I'm writing this (if you're reading in the future after everything has passed, you may discard it). I am currently working on another story for one last time and some of you might know it and some don't. The point is, it's going to be a huge chapter, longer than anything I wrote this year.
I'm still going to work on this one but I am going back and forth between this story and the other which is very difficult but I always preferred to multitask. This means that it may take me a little longer for me to write for this and I'd hate to let you all down. But within the next two weeks (during the time I'm writing this), I have some extended periods of free time and I'm going to take advantage of this time.
I certainly hope I don't disappoint anyone with this news.
3rd Person P.O.V.
Steven woke up in White's room. No surprise since she put the mattress there. The first thing he sees is her hand on top of his head, stroking his hair.
It appears that White still thinks he's asleep. He turns his head towards her to reveal that he is awake and he knows what she was doing. Her face immediately went red when she noticed his eyes being opened.
(White Diamond) S-Steven!
(Steven) Good morning, White.
She backed away and returned to her chair.
(Steven) What were you doing?
(White Diamond) I was checking your temperature.
He knew she was lying. He stands up and stretched.
(Steven) Did anything happen while I slept?
(White Diamond) No, nothing at all.
(Steven) Where are the other Diamonds?
(White Diamond) They're in their rooms. What do you need them for?
(Steven) I'm going to test the essences you four gave me to see how they would efftect me.
(White Diamond) All right, I'll contact them and we'll meet them in the arena.
In the arena
The four Diamonds were in the place along with Steven and the pearls were sitting down on the seats.
(Yellow Diamond) What are you going to do?
(Steven) I'm going to mix all four of them together and see what happens.
(Blue Diamond) Are you certain this would work on humans?
(Steven) If you and White are able to use you powers on me, then this should work.
He takes the vials of the essences and poured them into a chalice and shook it a little to create a colorful liquid. The Diamonds looked nervous as they wondered what would happen if Steven drinks it. He drinks the liquid.
It had some weird taste. It was like a mix of lemonade, blueberry, strawberry, and coconut. Once he finished the chalice, he felt the essence flowing in his veins.
He fell on his knees as the power of the Diamonds, all of them, were very overwhelming. He veins glow yellow, blue, pink, and white.
(White Diamond) Steven, are you alright?
He nods. It wasn't so bad, it is less painful than White using her powers on him. After a few seconds, the pain stopped and he noticed he was emitting a pink aura and felt heat radiating off of him.
The Diamonds looked fearful upon seeing him looking this.
(Steven) What?
(White Diamond) Your eyes... they're shaped like a diamond.
