I have no idea what is going on. I used to publish like there's no tomorrow and now I hardly have time to write. I'm trying my best to get back into it but procrastination is the bane of my existence. Anyways, some flashbacks will occur so be prepared for some of them.
3rd Person P.O.V.
Steven is still asleep and White was watching him rest. She carefully observed how he sleeps, trying to understand it more. She pets his hair, trying to see if it could comfort him in his unconscious state.
She heard footsteps approaching her door, she quickly stops petting Steven and races to her chair to act like she was busy.
(Blue Diamond) (behind door) White, may we come in?
(White Diamond) Yes.
The door opens and Yellow, Blue. And Pink enter the room.
(Yellow Diamond) I see that Steven is sleeping.
(White Diamond) Yes. He said he was tired.
(Yellow Diamond) But why does the bed have to be in here when there's a room for him?
(White Diamond) Because I said so. Besides, it's best to have him supervised when he's asleep in case Moonlight returns.
(Blue Diamond) We haven't had any break ins from her in a while.
(Pink Diamond) Maybe she's given up?
(Yellow Diamond) I highly doubt it, Pink. Moonlight doesn't give up until she's forced to. Much like us.
(Blue Diamond) Though, Steven is her primary target. She probably wants him instead of anything else.
(White Diamond) We're not going to let her have him. As long as we stay alert, we should be fine.
Back on Earth
Howard and Phoebe were training, well, more like Phoebe training Howard. Howard wanted to be more useful so he asked Phoebe for more lessons. She's started training him like how she did Steven.
However, Howard lacks the strength for some of this stuff. How Steven was able to manage is that he went to one of Phoebe's friends, Stefan, for his physique training. He had helped turn the scrawny boy, Steven, into a person that looks very similar to an amethyst (since they're mostly muscular).
(Howard) Did I do good?
(Phoebe) You did well, but not as good as you were before.
(Howard) But Ms. Fitzgerald, I haven't been to one of your classes in over 12 years.
(Phoebe) You're out of practice.
(Howard) Yeah, but I remember a few things. Like, no aggression, no blindly hitting things, and yeah that's it.
(Phoebe) But there's still much for you to relearn.
They both heard footsteps coming from upstairs. It was Spinel.
(Spinel) Whatcha doing?
(Howard) Ms. Fitzgerald is teaching me some stuff.
(Spinel) Have any of you seen Steven?
(Howard) Um, I think he's still at Homeworld. He went there to spend a day with the Diamonds yesterday. I think they're showering him with hugs and kisses. Maybe some milk and cookies, too.
(Phoebe) I don't think they would have milk and cookies.
(Howard) If they did, I'd definitely live in the Palace.
(Spinel) Do you know when he will return?
(Howard) He supposed to be back sometime today. Though, it might be a while 'cause the Diamonds want him to stay. Last time, they were on theit hands and knees for him.
