One year later. 

"Ms. Guevarra once said to us, 'Someone out there is holding there breath waiting you to fail, make sure they suffocate'." 

I sipped wine as i watched tv where one of my students' being interviewed live about me. I rolled my eyes when i heard that she told them about the quote i made to motivate them. I put down the wine glass and looked at my phone when i heard a notification. 

From Mira.

Goodmorning Ms. Guevarra. A letter from TWRA just came this morning and like what you said ma'am , you'll be the first one to open it. 

I turned off my phone and charged it while i take shower. I quickly took a bath for about 20 minutes. I applied my morning skincare routine and go to my closet for my outfit. So for my top, i wear my white turtle neck shirt and tucked it in with my plain black pants. I didn't put make-up since wala naman akong balak na lumabas at pumunta sa kung saan-saan, sa company lang naman punta ko and i'm confident with my beautiful skin so why bother. 

I brushed my hair and suddenly had the thought of driving today. Ever since makabalik kami ni Mira dito sa United Kingdom ay dumami ang nag-apply for being my personal driver so Mira suggest to accept one and yeah, got one. 

I look for James' number on my phone and tried calling him, until he answered.

"Goodmorning po Ms. Guevarra. Paalis na po ako ng building para sunduin kayo-"

"Actually you and Mira can have a date today, 'cuz i suddenly felt like i wanted to drive. Since it's great weather naman , i can handle."

"Ah ganon po ba? Sige po ma'am."

James didn't wait for me to end the call dahil tinuruan siya ni Mira na kapag hindi na ako sumagot ibigsabihin ay pinapayagan ko na silang patayin ang tawag, at mabilis naman niya naadapt yun dahil sa girlfriend niyang si Mira. Yup my trusted secretary.

I picked my wallet and put it on my pocket. I put on my simple black flat mules for my shoes and  picked up my carkeys with my phone. I didn't bother bringing a bag dahil as i said earlier, wala naman akong ibang pupuntahan bukod sa main building ng kompanya ko. 

Before driving, i put on my airpods and played a song called "Way back home". I'm 'LSS' to this song magmula noong marinig ko itong kinanta ng isang bata sa restaurant. I'm actually being sociable for the past 5months because of my charity for kids. It's a charity kung saan ako ang sumasagot ng mga damit at pagkain ng mga bata sa araw-araw. 

I love doing those things 'cuz i want to prove to them that i'm doing fine and strong.

I couldn't speak after reading the letter that's send from the TWRA 2031. I looked at the letters like i just saw a ghost. My eyes are widen and my mouth can't speak a word because of too much happiness. I looked at my people, you can say that they're nervous because of the letter. Hindi ko alam pano magpapasalamat sa kanila dahil sa laki ng tulong na ginawa nila.
