"PLEASE WE GOTTA GO THERE AND HELP HIM! " Tsukishima struggle to let go of hinata grasp.

"NO YOU SHOULDN'T! YOU BEING PANIC AND CRYING WONT SOLVE THE PROBLEM! DIDN'T YOU HEAR WHAT HE SAID?! IF YOU GO THERE, HE'LL CALL THE COPS ON YOU! HE WILL FRAME YOU ON SAYING YOU TOUCH AND ABUSE HIM! SO STOP AND CALM YOURSELF DOWN!"

"NO!" Hinata grit his teeth and slap tsukishima hard. Tsukishima stop in suprised,

"CANT YOU STOP AND THINK FOR ONCE?! YOU CHASING THEM WOULD BE USELESS CAUSE IN THE END YOU'LL END UP IN JAIL AND NO ONE WILL SAVE YAMA. RIGHT NOW YOU JUST NEED TO FCKING CALM DOWN AND START THINKING FOR A PLAN TO SAVE HIM!" Hinata shouted at him in anger, trying to bring some sense into him. Tsukishima's knee weakened as he fall down. He felt tears started to come out,

"I promised him... I fcking promised him I protect him... That I won't leave him.. and I FCKING FAILED! Fcking fail to protect the one I love deeply... " hinata just watch tsukishima cried on the ground, hinata too cried.

"N-no you didn't, unless you stop crying and actually go to the police station to report"

"For what... They won't believe me.. Yamaguchi has the evidence.. That son of a bitch took him away.." Hinata walked towards him and grab his shirt collor, pulling him up.

"Then we fcking bring them to the evidence! Now can you stop and lets not waste time and go! Yamaguchi needs you! You have him in your heart and he has yours! You guys are still there for eachother! Yama is being strong for you! Can you be fcking strong for him now?!" Tsukishima listen and stood up staright, he is right.. Yama is waiting for me..

"Good now lets fcking go" He nod and they both ran there. [Authors note: could have called but my dead ass brain wants to this story to be dramatic 👁️👄👁️]

"You bitch!" His dad give a big punch on his cheek, making yama lose balance and fall to the ground.

"You dare to leave me huh..? HAH!" He then started to pull yama's hair and drag him down to the basement.

"I-Im sorry dad! Please forgive me! I won't do it again! I was just scared!" Enduring the hard pain where his back hitting down the stairs. His dad then throw him to the ground, watching yama cried in fear as he tried to back up away from him.

"You just look like your mom" yamaguchi flinch at the sentence.

"Non stop crying and being afraid. Promise never to do it again but still does it. Why wont you both listen?" Yama watch as his dad unbuckle his belt,

"D-dad please dont... Im sorry ..."

"I give you chances already and what did you do? You ignore it didn't you?" He then whip on yamaguchi's face hard, making him scream in pain but that doesn't stop him. He whip and whip, ignoring his son begging him to stop.

"You're just a scum! A slut! A slave! Just like your mom! You're one hella of mistake!" Yamaguchi stop,

Just a mistake...

Knock knock

Both of them froze when they hear someone knocking his front door.

"This is the police! Please open up!" His dad clench his fist in anger as he buckle his belt back,

"You better not say anything you shit or I really kill you this time" he whisper as he turn and walk upstairs, leaving yama crying silently. His dad open the door with a fake worried face,

"Yes? Is there anything wrong sir?" He asked when suddenly, he was being push back,

"Where's yama!" Tsukishima said in anger. Hinata quickly grab him to stop him.

"Sir please calm down. I'll handle this" tsukishima grit his teeth and glare at yama's dad. His dad click his tongue in annoyance as he stood up straight,

"I don't know what you're talking about. My son is in my house. Why are you guys here?"

"May we see your son?" The dad froze abit and nod,

"Fine then. YAMAGUCHI! COME HERE NOW!" The officer observe his expression and tone sharply. They all wait when they hear light footsteps coming up. They all eyes turn wide, except the dad, when they see yama's face was brutally beaten and he was limping. Tsukishima couldn't take it anymore as he straight up punch yama's dad on the face hard, making him fall to the ground.

"OI tsukishima!" Hinata suddenly shouted and he was about to stop him when he suddenly watch tsukishima ran and gave yamaguchi a hug.

"Yamaguchi! Im sorry. Im sorry. Im sorry I couldn't protect you. Im sorry I leave you like that" The dad looked at the pair in anger and stood up,

"OI WHY THE HELL DID YOU JUST PUNCH ME?! AND WHEN DID I SAY YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER MY HOUSE?! OFFICER! PLEASE GO AND TAKE THEM WITH YOU! RANDOMLY ATTACK ME FOR GOD NO REASON! HE IS THE ONE WHO ATTACK MY SON! I JUST SAVE HIM BY TAKING HIM AWAY FROM HIM! HE KIDNAPPED HIM!" The police sigh and took out his handcuffs,

"Come here" everyone froze,

"W-what..?" Tsukishima said as he slowly pull away,

"SEE?! THIS IS WHAT YOU GET BITCH! DONT YOU DARE TAKE MY SON AGAIN!"

"I didn't mean him. I meant by you. Come here sir. You are under arrest for domestics abuse" the cop said as he went behind him and hand cuff him.

"HAH?! WHY THE HELL IS IT ME?! WHERE IS THE PROOF THAT I DID IT?!"

"The proof is there isn't it? " the cop pointed at yama who remain crying and hugging tsukishima tightly.

"BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I BEAT HIM! OI SON! " Yama flinch when he was being called,

"TELL THIS OFFICER THAT I WAS NOT THE ONE! TELL HIM!" Yamaguchi pull away and froze,

"I-I-I--"

"HURRY YOU BITCH!" Yamaguchi couldn't breath, he feltlike puking.

Why does this happened to me?

"Baby.." Yamaguchi stop when he heard tsukishima softly called his name,

"You don't have to be afraid anymore... Im here for you... Hinata .. Kageyama.. And your mom..."

"M-my mom..." He whisper

"So? Sir, did your father abuse you or that young boy?" The cop asked, yamaguchi breath in and out and looked up with a serious face,

"Yes officer. My dad abuse me and rape me" he finally let out his voice. He is no more afraid. No more afraid of his fcking dad.

"YOU BITCH!" His dad suddenly ran forward towards him, suprising everyone. The cop immediately grab and hold him tightly as his dad struggle to go to yama, like as if he could punch him.

"HOW DARE YOU! HOW FCKING DARE YOU! I'LL KILL YOU! YOU FCKING TALK! I WILL FCKING KILL YOU!" Yamaguchi gulp but he remain strong. His dad was glaring deadly towards him but soon block when someone stood infront of him,

"I'll fcking kill you first before you did" tsukishima said with a death stare.
