It was a average day they were all in the middle of case they were all talking about it when Nick saw a strange man come out the elevator so he tapped McGee on the shoulder
N: who's that's
McGee looked back and jaw dropped when he saw who it was nick saw mcgees mouth drop he was in utter shock he was now even more confused than ever now
N: who is it McGee
M: that's jake
N: wait jake as in jake Ellie's ex-husband the cheater
M: yeah I'm guessing Ellie told you about him
N: yeah when we had drinks a few months ago we were talking about past relationships
M: how often do y'all go out
N: pretty much after every case
Jake approached them
JM: hey McGee
M: hey jake
N: hi I'm agent Torres
JM: hi im Jake Mallory
JM: is Ellie here
M: what do you want with her
JM: I need to talk to her
N: what for
JM: mind your business I'm not talking to you
N: it is my business it involves my best friend
JM: I take it she told you about me
N: yep everything single thing about you
JM: ok so if she's your best friend where is she
N: I ain't telling you
M: you need to leave jake
JM: not till I talk to Ellie
N: have you ever heard of a phone
JM: yeah but she's ingoreing my calls

Nick laughed
Jm: what you laughing at
N: nothing just the fact that we are all close here so she's gonna tell us anyways
JM: how do you know that
N: I think I know my best friend
JM: well she was mine at one time
N: ok I don't care
Then bishop walked in and saw nicks fist bawled
E: what's got you so mad nick
JM: Ellie hi
E: what are you doing here
JM: I need to talk to you
E: well I have nothing to say to you
JM: come on you don't have to say a thing i will do all the talking
E: still don't wanna and plus we are working on a case
Jm: Ellie please it's important
E: no
JM: Ellie come on
N: she said no
JM: mind your business
N: well it is my business since it involves my best friend and coworker
Jm: no one asked for your opinion
E: leave jake now
JM: come on Ellie
E: leave
JM: Ellie please
She whispered in nicks ear
E: feel free to punch him like you want to just get him to leave
N: you sure
E: yes
N: ok
He was happy now
JM: Ellie come on
N: she said no
Nick walked up to him
N: she said leave

He turned jake around
N: leave
He pushed jake to the elevator and shoved him in it
N: next time listen to the lady
Then the elevator closed Ellie let out a breath nick walked back over to them and ellie walked up to him and hugged him
E: thank you
N: your welcome
G: y'all done catching up on life
M: yeah boss sorry
G: bishop
E: yeah
He nodded his head toward the elevator
E: ok
They walked towards the elevator hen they got in he stopped the elevator as it was going
G: What happend
B: I don't know how long he had been here before I came back up but when I can back up I saw Torres fist all bawled up so I said what's got you so mad nick then I saw him he kept insisting that he speak to me in private I kept saying no then Torres told him to leave to Jake kept saying no not till he spoke to me he was getting aggressive I could hear it in his voice of all the years we were married he never got they aggressive it scared me a bit so I whispered in nicks ear he could punch him if it got him to leave nick turned him around and shoved him in the elevator and said something I didn't hear what he said then the elevator closed and nick walked back over here I hugged him and thanked him and you showed up
G: ok well I heard from Flynn ray that he's wants to get back with you
E: what why
G: yea he also needs something from you I don't know what but he does
E: what should I do
G: that's up to you
He turned the elevator back on they went back and McGee gave them an update they finished the case turns out it was the victims business partner because the victim wanted to sell the company and the business partner didn't and the board agreed to sell so the business partner figured if the victim ended up dead then they would sell he company at all after the case McGee and Gibbs already left Ellie and nick was packing
N: you good bishop
E: yeah I guess
N; beers or food or both
She smiled and laughed and how well he knew her
E: food
N: ok lets go
They headed off to the diner to get food and they stayed talked had fun then after nick drove her home he walked her to the door step she said thanks the he got brave he kisses her at first she was shocked but she had been wanting this for a while so she kissed back nick was surprised he wasn't expecting her to it's back she finished unlocking the door he pushed helped her walk backwards into the house he wrapped his arms around her waist while she closed the door and wrapped her arms around his neck he pulled back
N: I love you
E: I love you to
He kissed her back she jumped on his waist and he made his way to the bedroom for a workout that don't involve the gym and his favorite type
The next morning
She woke up with a big smile on her face she turned over to find nick staring at her
E: really
N: what I can't enjoy the view
E: never said you couldn't
N: good
He kissed her and wrapped his arm around her waist to pull her closer she smiled kept kissing and they went for round who knows they were enjoying themselves since they finally had a day off then there was a knock on the door she Moaned
E: ugh who could it be
N: I don't know just get rid of them
E: I was already planning on it
She got up and got dressed and went to the door she opened it to find jake
E: what do you want
JM: to talk to you
E: there's nothing to say
JM: yes there is just hear me out I messed up bad and was an idiot for not fighting for you back then but not I'm back and I changed and I want to give us another shot
E: no I don't want to
JM: please I will do anything
E: no
JM: your gonna regret this you slut
He pushed her in and on the ground it made a big thud when she fell she made sure to do that to alert nick she then screamed leave jake so nick would know when nick heard he jumped up got dressed and grabbed his gun when he walked in there he found Ellie fighting jake as he tried to pull her pants down he shot jake in the head he fell and Ellie climbed out from underneath him nick grabbed her and hugged her they called the cops got it worked out and went back to being happy

Sorry its short and bad i was feeling bad when i wrote this and its not corana it's just a cold so sorry hope y'all like it I did the best I could so sorry if y'all don't like it
