"Do you have an idea where Mika Banverida is, Tosh?" I asked him while looking at Andrea's family background.

"The last information my team got from Mika was 2 years ago. She's not a Banverida anymore- she's married."

"What?"

"Pero she's not married to someone famous. Edward dela-Cruz pangalan ng asawa niya."

"Pa-pano? Can it possibly mean that she's not involved here?"

"I doubt." Tosh shook his head.

"Eros, nagkalat 'yung pera! Anong ginagawa niyo ni Ady?"

"May homework si Ady. Si José Abad Santos, Josefa Llanes Escoda at Vicente Lim daw. Wala akong matinong picture na mahanap sa internet, edi ginupit ko nalang sa isang libo." He answered as if he's not cutting money.

"Ha?"

"Ayan, oh. Tapon mo nga 'yang nagupit. Wala na 'yan, eh."

"Eros, nagsasayang ka ng pera! You should've asked someone to buy a picture for you!"

"Nakaka-tamad! 'Yung pera ko, nasa wallet lang."

"Mommy, is this wrong?" Ady innocently asked.

"Doing homeworks the way you want to do it is not. Wasting money is, anak. You shouldn't waste money. We worked hard for that, okay?"

"Erin, read this article. Tungkol sainyo ni Ady. It's ill." Eros handed me his iPad.

"Eros, what should I do? I don't want to drag Ady here. I want him to live normally." I cried as I express my frustration.

"Erin, it will pass eventually. Just calm down."

"How could I, Eros? Pangalan ng anak ko 'yung nasama dito, how could I calm down?"

"I understand that you're really stressed, Erin. Pero ingatan mo rin 'yung sarili mo. Isipin mo rin 'yung sarili mo. Kasi Erin, I hate to see Ady cry, but I don't know if I could forgive myself to see you crying and I'm so helpless."

"Why do have to here? Bakit kailangan ko maransan 'to? Ayokong isipin ni Ady na iba siya. Family day niya bukas. But what? His father can't with him. Ady is expecting CJ to be there. Pero ano? His father has a pregnant girl to take care of!"

"I've asked your writers not to publish any article regarding Ady. Magpahinga ka Erin, please."

Tumango ako. I can't understand what's going on. I don't understand what I did wrong.

"Mommy, this shirt is cute." Ady giggled while checking himself in the mirror.

"I know. You look handsome with that, anak."

"But Mommy, isn't Daddy coming? Family day po di'ba? Why is it only you?"

"Ah, your Daddy is busy, anak. Nakikita mo 'yung tummy ni tita Andrea, di'ba? There's a baby. He has to take care of that baby."

"Okay." He let out a sigh.

"I'm sorry, Ady."

"It's okay Mommy. I love you."

"I love you the most."

On our way to Ateneo- Ady's school, he was really quiet. He's just peacefully looking on his surroundings, which is very rare. Ady is usually talkative.

"What game do you want us to join?"

"There's no game we can join, Mommy. It's all for families." Ady didn't bother looking at me. He's just looking at the families having fun.
