It's like Draco doesn't have any respect for himself, bullying other students like this. It can't be that hard to just keep your annoyance to yourself. You know in the past, you've had a tendency to take it out on others, but you always come back around before you can finish, giving an apology and asking for the person to come back later.

With Draco, he just takes it out on everyone around him. It doesn't matter who it is, as long as they've come near him, he's got something to say. Their height, their teeth, their weight, the house they're in, blood status, grades, rumors–the list goes on forever. He's done it to you a couple of times, and he surely does it to all of your friends.

It's days like this where you try to steer clear of Draco. Everyone has their bad days when they can't help it, but Draco doesn't have an excuse. Everyday is a bad day with him, it's just a matter of how bad it is, slight annoyance or nothing has gone his way. You always figure it out just by looking at him.

The amount of times you've turned around in the hallway to go somewhere else, away from him, isn't healthy. You wish you wouldn't have to do that at all. You'd love to hold onto him and let him rant for however long he wants, but he doesn't do that either. He doesn't want to be weak around the people you know.

Just as Draco finishes up on someone in your grade, and is fully prepared to go in on their friend, you grab a hold of his robe, yanking him towards the Great Hall. He struggles for a moment, not liking the forcefulness, but has to give up when he realizes that you're not going to budge, and you'll rip his robe in the process if he isn't careful.

"What the hell–"

"It's time to eat." you tell him, looking at the girls in your grade. You give them a slight wave goodbye, hoping that you didn't just ruin your reputation with them because of how you just stood there.

"Did you hear what she said?" Draco gets your hand loose enough to free him, "Eating can wait–"

He turns, starting to go back to finish off what he started. You reach, grabbing onto his shoulder and turning him towards you. The second his eyes land on you, you can see that you've made a mistake. You should've just let him walk.

It's too late now, "Why can't you just leave them alone? They didn't do anything, Draco."

"They were in my way."

"So?" you back away from him, "Everyone is in your way. You always think that you have some sort of high horse with the people in our grade just because of your father." you shake your head, "I'd understand an attitude like that with the younger years sometimes, but it's all the time."

"Leave my father out of this." he snaps.

"That's new." you breathe out a laugh, "You want him to be left out of the conversation for once? I'll leave him out of this, when you stop bullying everyone you come across. Including me."
