Chapter 10: mad

"Okay I don't want to be late for second, leave!" They both leave your room bickering on the way out.

You ignore them and quickly get changed, grabbing your bag, walking out the door. You still had slight tears in your eyes because you were just so overwhelmed. You walk out to see Malfoy and Harry arguing quietly, they stop once they see you, still glaring at each other. You don't even hesitate to stop you just walk right past them. They both look in disbelief get up quickly to follow you. They try to talk to you on the way to class but you ignore them both. Once you reach you class Harry walks in, giving up, knowing you'll talk to him when you wanted to. You thought Malfoy had left because he doesn't have the same class as you.

You're about to walk in when a familiar cold hand grabs your wrist. You flinch at first, letting him turn you to him. You give him the death glare and don't say anything.

"Why are you mad at me?" He asks confused. You look at him more mad than you were.

"Because you told Harry that we slept together!" You smack his arm. He grabs his arm and says,

"Yeah so?! What? You don't want your boyfriend finding out you like me?" You look at his eyes which are filled with anger, you look at him , your eyes matching his anger filled ones if not with more anger than him.

"First off he's not my boyfriend, second off no I don't want you to tell anyone because it's not true! Third off I'm not going to sleep with someone who is constantly rude to me!" You start to get really angry and you try to snatch your hand from him but his grip is to strong.

"Let me go Malfoy" you say through your teeth. He was holding on a little too tight, his rings were pinching your skin. He didn't say anything he just stared at you, trying to read you. You bite your bottom lip to stop from tearing up. In one Swift move he flips you guys so you're pressed up again the wall, his hand like last time up against the wall like last time next to your head. He moves a little closer, his eyes filled with anger and lust. His mouth is inches from yours and he whispers,

"I know you want me y/l/n so stop acting like you don't" you shudder at his voice and him so close to you. He sees this and smirks, you look him dead in the eye regaining common sense and you confidently say,

"No, I don't want you so you can leave me alone and go play another girl because you're not going to play me" you could tell you hurt his ego and you didn't want to be any more late than you were. You knew he wouldn't let you go so you look him dead in the eye and mutter

"Petrificus" he froze in place and you slide out from under his arms

"Wow y/n really" he says once you reach the door. You take the spell off, looking at him dead in the eyes, a tear falling from your face.

You take a breath and enter the class, the teacher looks at you. You take a seat quietly luckily the teacher doesn't say anything once she sees you crying. You take your seat, still away from your friends because of assigned seats. Ron looks at you and mouths

"Are you okay?" You shake your head yes but he knew you were lying. You try hard to focus on class trying to distract yourself.

After class Hermione grabs you sneakily and rushes you into the bathroom. She doesn't say anything but she just hugs you, you hug her back and end up crying into her shoulder. After a couple minutes she pulls back and looks at you

"What's wrong?" You tell her what happened and says

"It's nothing to bad it's just so overwhelming. Harry thinks I'm a whore and Draco was saying that I slept with him. Not to mention I told them that I haven't even had my first kiss yet which is embarrassing itself." Hermione and you laughed at that last part before she says,

"Well I think it's great you haven't had your first kiss yet! Now you can use it on someone who you really want to" she gives you a sad smile and you smile back

"I never really thought about it like that" she smiles and says,

"See! Positives!" You hug her again before saying,

"Thank you, I really needed that" you wipe under your eye and splash your face with cold water. Before walking out Hermione says,

"So what are you going to do?" You think for a moment and say,

"Well im not going to talk to Harry for a little until he apologized and explains why he doesn't like Malfoy so much." Hermione nods says she agrees and you continue

"And about Malfoy, well he's probably just going to go back to how it was and pick on me" Hermione looks at you asking if that was a good thing or bad thing.

"Which isn't a bad thing, it doesn't bother me much, frankly I find it quite funny. Until he mention my mother then I'm going to have to punch him" you both laugh and she says,

"That sound actually really smart for both of them" you smile and then you guys both walk out of the restroom.

You walk to the lunchroom and sit down next Ron, Harry was across from you sitting next to Hermione. You guys all talk as if nothing was wrong, hanging out as normal. Ron occasionally made you laugh more on purpose, you were so thankful you had friends who cared so much about you. After lunch, which by the way you barely ate because you weren't hungry, you all head back to the common room to hang out. After a couple minutes you can feel Harry staring at you trying to read. A couple time you look right back at him to see what he was doing but you gave up letting him stare. When it was around time for third period you got up to walk but Harry stopped you so you could talk to him. He looks at you sadly and doesn't say anything. You look at him and he finally says,

"I'm really sorry y/n" you are trying to hold your composure and say,

"For?" He looks down at his shoes and mutters

"For thinking you slept with Malfoy..."

"And?"

"For believing Malfoy over you?"

"And??" He looks up at you lost and you try to not giggle as he's searching for another reason.

"Erm- I don't know but I'm sorry about that one too" you laugh and say

"I was just joking there wasn't another reason" he lightly laughs and smiles, happy that you forgave him.

"I forgive you, now come on I've been late to all my classes today" you both laugh and you take his hand in your pulling him towards the door. Once you reach the door you drop his hand and open the door.

You guys are walking and you catch up with Hermione and Ron and you run up on Ron and jump on his back, putting you hands over his eyes. Making everyone in the group laugh. Ron laughs and says,

"Y/n!!" And you laugh and are about to get down when he starts running and yells,

"Nope now you're stuck up there shorty" you laugh and exclaim,

"Ron!! Stop!!" You all laugh and he finally lets you down, you fix your hair and clothes and say bye to Ron and Harry as they head to their third. You walk with Hermione, forgetting that you had third period with Draco.
