Chapter 34: I'm fine

*knock knock*

You sigh and make your way over to the door, taking a breath before opening it. You open it and are met with chocolate eyes

"Hey Ron!" You smile

"Hey y/n, I just came to get you, everyone else is ready" you nod and grab your bag and walk out with Ron, arms linked. As you're walking he abruptly stops causing your arm to be pulled back, stopping you as well. You look at him confused.
"Are you sure you're okay?"
'Damn you Ron, why can he read me like a book!' You think

"Mhm yeah, I'm fine" you state avoiding his eye contact

"Really?" He questions still looking at you

"Yup" he sighs

"Y/n you don't have to lie to me, what's wrong" you finally bring your eyes to his and he looks sad. He is your best friend you should talk to him. You open your mouth to say something but nothing comes out. He slips his hand around your waist and brings you into a tight hug. You put your hands around his neck and hug him as well. You start to tear up but you whip your tears away before any could fall. You finally pull away and he looks at you

"I just was getting ready and I saw a bruise I didn't know was there," you pull up your skirt a little bit to show him
"And I started thinking about everything and Blaise and my dad and I just couldn't stop thinking" Ron makes a face

"I'm so sorry y/n, I should of been there" he looks to the ground

"Ron please don't blame yourself. It's okay now"

"Yeah but I wasn't there y/n!" He looks up at you, his eyes red

"But you're here now Ron! And that's what matters! You're here with me, you didn't leave me like everyone else" you grab his hand. He nods his head trying to agree with you
"We can't change the past Ron, what's done is done" he nods once more

"You're right"

"Now come on, let's go. Everyone's waiting for us" you say with a soft smile.

"Okay..." he says softly and you guys continue your journey to the common room to meet your friends.

"Good morning y/n!" Hermione says

"Good morning" you smile

"Morning" Harry smiles

"Good morning" you smile back

"Yeah yeah, can we go! I'm hungry!" Ron whine causing you to playfully smack his shoulder
"Ow!" He whined

"Oh that was nothing, you should see her punch" Harry jokes

"Haha very funny, let's go guys" you laugh with them. You all head out to the great hall and sit down, you look at the Slytherin table looking for a certain blonde head. You finally spot him and his eyes meet yours, you smile and he smiles back, shooting a wink at you. You playfully roll your eyes and bring your attention back to your friends. You all eat and it's about 15 minutes before you guys have to leave for class.

"Shoot, I'll be right back guys, I left my wand on my desk." You say standing up.

"I'll come with you!" Ron says, not wanting to leave you alone.

"I'm fine Ron, really!" You try to convince him.

"We'll someone should go with you" Harry suggested

"I can take care of myself, I don't need a body guard" you huff.

"Just hurry back okay? Well go looking for you in 10 mins if your not back, seriously" Hermione suggest, trying to defuse the tension. You nod your head agreeing

"Thank you Hermione! See you guys in a second" you leave the great hall and start to walk to the Gryffindor dorms. You turn a corner and feel a sudden chill and goosebumps come up your arms. You shake the feeling and continue to walk until you can't shake the feeling and stop walking.
'Somethings not right' you say to yourself. You begin to turn around to head back to the great hall, but before you can turn someone puts their hands on your hips keeping you still. You try to get out of their grip but they don't let you. They bring your back to their strong chest and hold you tighter.

"Let me go" you say through gritted teeth. But they don't budge or say anything. They bring their hand to your throat and make you look to your upper left, you immediately know it's not Draco. Draco's hands are cold and he wears rings, these were hot and wore no rings. They put their lips on your neck and whisper in your ear,

"Where's the fun in that" Blaise. 'Fuck fuck fuck I'm so fucked' you think. All I have to do is wait 6 minutes and my friends will come looking for me. Besides were in the middle of a hall, people could easily come and see us, he can't do anything. As if he read your mind he began to walk, dragging you with him.
