Check Up

Tina trembled uncontrollably, as she sat with her daughters: Hana and Nico; while the Yorkes couple went to get coffee, leaving Molly and Gert with the Minoru women plus Graciela. They all waited outside nervously for Robert to be done with his checkup.

Graciela sighs, "No hay mal que por bien no venga."

Tina looks up to see Graciela looking at her, Hana smiles weakly, "Muchas gracias, Señora."

"De nada," Graciela nods, "your parents are muy suerte to have two ángels for hijas."

Hana nods, "In truth, we're the lucky ones... porque tenemos padres increíblemente comprensivos."

"Aww! Sweet, probably the sweetest thing I've ever heard." Molly smiles.

"Huh?" Tina looks at Molly.

Hana smirks, "Figure it out." Hana stood up and walked into the elevator, as the elevator doors closed Hana playfully stuck out her tongue.

Nico sat up, "Gert, you okay?"

Gert who stared at the elevators turned her head towards Nico, "Hmmph? Oh yeah."

The elevator dinged! and doors opened, revealing Guita. She went straight to the nurse, " Ano po nangyayari kay Mr. Minoru?"

"Iha, check up lang." the 50 year old nurse explains, "Kalma lang. Kaano ano mo ba siya?"

"He's my bestfriend's father." Guita admitted. Guita turns around, "Check up lang pala eh?"

Hana got out of the elevator, "Yeah, we know."

"Then bakit mukha syang," Guita gestures to Tina, "namatayan?"

Hana shrugs, "Tadhana?"

Guita's eyes grew wide, "Tadhana, really? That's the reason?"

Hana smiles, "Yup, you know if it's meant to be..."

"it will be?" Guita raised an eyebrow, "Are you seriously using a cliché?"

"What?" Hana smirked, "It works especially today..."

At that moment Robert and Dr. George walks out of the office, Tina and Nico got up to stand next to Robert. "Doc, if you aren't busy come to the party..."

Hana walks and taps Robert's shoulder, "What's up?"

"I'm inviting the doctor to the party at Wizards at 7..." Robert replied.

Hana looks at Dr. George, "I'm sure he has a date..."

"No, I don't..." the doctor put his dark hands in his pockets, blue eyes staring at his shoes.

Tina sees Hana discreetly smile; Tina, then, nods, "We'll see you there, then?"

"Okay." the doctor nods before walking away.

Hana walks over to Guita and held up one finger, "Don't you dare say it..."

Guita smirks, "Say what? Oh! Yeah, no worries, I wouldn't call that tadhana. Its more coincidence."

"Good." Hana nods, as she looks over at her sister. She turns to her friend, "So, I've been stuck on decorating duties..."

"What time do you need me there?" Guita asked.

Hana smiles, "5ish..."

"Fine, do you need me to bring..." Guita starts.

"That'd be nice," Hana sighs, "as long..."

"Yeah, don't worry about that..." Guita walks away.
