"How did we get drag into this?"
"Hana..." that one word that could pretty much explain everything was spoken.
Off-stage on stage left, "You ready?"
"As I'll ever be..."
"You'll do great." Guita clamp her right hand on Nico's shoulder and squeezed it lightly, "Just follow Hana's lead."
Nico nodded putting on her elf ears.
Hana was standing stage right, as the music started.
A nun went on stage and hushed the audience, "Settle down, folks. It's been years since we all had been together. I'm glad to see that familiar faces and some new ones, now as a special treat, St. Agnes Orphanage presents the Minoru sisters... let's give them around of applause."
The music starts, Hana:
Every December, we always remember
To celebrate the fella in the suit
We see the promos for reindeer and his glow nose
Believe me, I think Rudolph's nose is cute
Now I'm a fan of Frosty, I go ga-ga for The Grinch
But beneath the hype, are they the type you'd turn to in a pinch?
There's someone more deserving of applause
How 'bout a hand for Mrs. Claus?Nico:
I'm not complaining, I'm sure it's very draining
Pulling off a Christmas Eve world tour
My point in this is it's his marvelous missus
Who gets it done the other three-six-four
Who's really checkin' all those lists
And fillin' all them shelves?
She's a master multitasker who works faster than the elves
Who keeps the North Pole hot 'til winter thaws?
The answer's clear, it's Mrs. ClausHana:
She reads every Christmas letter
Fills out a Christmas sweater
Better than old Santa any day
She runs the operation
With no appreciation
Send a little Christmas love her way
Oh, oh yeah
She gets no respectNico:
She works so hard
Now I'll sing a fa-la-la
And I'll shout a ho-ho-ho
But I'm bouncin' out this ballad for the gal who runs the show
Join me in this very worthy cause
How 'bout a hand for? (ohh yeah)
Let's make it grand for (ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh)
Everybody stand for Mrs. ClausHana and Nico met in the middle and stood by their parent, who sat dressed in Santa and Mrs. Claus costumes handing out presents to the orphans.
A girl about seven came up, Tina turns to Robert. "I want one."
"We already have two," Robert looks at Tina, "one that hates me, the other hates you; you really want to make another that would hate both of us?"
Tina sighs, "They could love both of us..."
"Do you really want to take that chance?" Robert asks.
Hana smirks, "Odds are not in your favor, mother..." Smiling at the kids and in a high-pitched voice said, "Hey kids!"
"50% chance..." Nico sighs.
"More like 25%..." Hana corrected, "25 will hate her, 25 will hate him, another 25 will hate the both of them..."
Stacey and Dale both looked at Hana shock. Hana smirks, "I did get an A++ in math class..."
"Impossible..." Tina shook her head.
Hana raised her eyebrow, "They only tell you, if you've earned it."
Nico smirks as she saw Karolina, "Merry Christmas."
Karolina smiles back, "Merry Christmas, so what's going on?"
"Hana being smarter than mom," Nico chuckles, "the usual."
"Hana, its Christmas," Leslie reminds, "can't you just give it a rest, we all know you're smarter?"
"Fine," Tina huffs, "you're smarter!"
Hana smirks and starts to hum and clap, If you're happy and you know it...
