Comparing Children

Tina didn't know how the conversation went from taxes to comparing the worst grades their children got but here they were.

Victor puts his right arm on the armrest, as it cradled a glass of brandy. "Chase's worst grade was a B- in Spanish class..." he looks at Janet, who had their four month old daughter in her arms.

Janet smiled at the baby in her arms.

"Karolina got a B- in science..." Leslie sighs.

"Gert got an A- in history." Dale frowns.

"Molly received an A in Art class." Stacey added.

"Alex is an A in Health Class..." Catherine claims, "The teacher was this 70 something year old woman."

"I think Amy had the same teacher..." Tina thought, "Mrs. Grey? She sucked, according to Amy that is. She got an A too. While Nico got a C in Computer Science."

"How bout Hana?" Leslie asked, "What's the worst grade she got?"

Robert turns to his wife taking her hand, "We'd rather not say..."

"That bad huh?" Geoffrey egged on.

Tina looks at Geoffrey, "Fine, Hana received a 199% in Economic Class, as her lowest grade."

"That's impossible..." Victor gasped.

"It is Hana," Janet pointed out, "the girl, has been doing the impossible forever."

Tina looked to her right to see Hana and the rest of the Prides' children heading towards the door. "Where are you going?" Tina question.

Hana smiles, "In 'n' Out..."

"There's eight of us," Karolina nods, "are we taking the bus?"

Tina stood up and handed Hana the keys to the van, "Don't crash the van."

Robert stood up behind Tina, "Be careful..."

Hana crossed her fingers, "Fingers crossed, that I don't crash."

Tina frowns, "You crash my van; you owe me a new one."

Hana smiles, "Okay... just so we're clear, you want a jaguar right?"

"Not the point, Hana." Robert sighs.

"Actually," Tina looks at her husband, "Robert..."

Robert looks at his wife, "Yes Tina?"

Tina sighs, "That is the point, to take responsibility..."

Robert was about to argue when Tina kissed him. Robert takes Tina's hand and went upstairs.

Hana turns around, "Let's go..." Hana walks out the mansion, followed by her sisters, Chase, Karolina, Gert, and Molly.

Victor looks at his wife in shocked, "What the hell?!"

Janet stood up, "I believe that's our cue to leave."

It was late when the Minoru sisters returned to the mansion. "Yo! Parents!" Hana called out.

Tina walks out of her bedroom, wearing a white cotton robe. Hana walks up to meet her mother, Tina looks at Hana, "Had fun?"

Hana smirks, "Looks like you did too." Hana took a step forward and whispers, "Is that a hickey?"

Tina quickly tried to hide her hickey, frowning, "What's it to you?"

Hana chuckles and hands the keys back, "Have a good night, mother!"

Robert opens the bedroom door, he was tying his robe close.

Tina looks at her two younger daughters, "You, two, ate, right?"

Nico shook her head, "No."

"Did your sister not feed you?" Tina asked.

"Hana's our sister, you're our mother." Amy smugly explains, "Isn't it your job?"

Tina's eyes widen in shock; she walks towards the kitchen and open the freezer. She took out two one-pint ice creams and tossed it to her two daughters, "Have at it... I'm going back to bed." Tina walks up the stairs and shuts her bedroom door close.

Amy looked at her sister, "Did that just happened?"

"You ticked off mom." Nico explained, "How do you think she'd react?"
