Hana unlocks the front door; using Wizey command. Hana chuckles to herself, "So easy."

Maria sneered as she sees her niece entering, "What are you doing here?!"

"I was called." Hana shrugged.

Diana stood up, "Maria, mom wanted her here."

"Why?!" Maria demanded.

Hana ignored her aunt and walked towards the couch.

Hiro and his wife, Sadako, walks out the room. Sadako was looking frail and weak, she smiled at her granddaughter. Hiro cleared his throat, "I know you must be asking yourselves why I called you, here."

Sadako reached her hand out to Hana, "Hana, darling..." Hana grabs her grandmother's hand, as Sadako continues, "I've watched you grow up, all your struggles, in the hands of those who should've been protecting you. Hana, you were requested to come here, to hear my last will..."

Hana looks down at her hands then at her grandmother, "Why did you ask me to come, alone?"

Sadako pats her granddaughter's hand before letting go, "You've always been the most levelheaded out of everyone." Sadako hands Hana the manila envelope on her lap, "Thus, all these, everything I own, is yours." Hana opens the envelope and reads the pages, stating that the farm was to be hers and Nico's. "All it needs is your signature..." Sadako held out a pen.

"Mom!" Maria whined, "That farm is supposed to go to my son, HJ!"

"And the house was supposed to be mine!" Yami chimed in.

Hiro Sr. looks at his daughters and grandsons, "You all have reap the benefits of mine and Sadako's hardwork, while Robert and his family had nothing. Hana is the smartest and most resourceful amongst any of you. She and her sister are natural born leader, it is out of the best interest of all the workers that we leave the farm in her hands."

Hana looks around her, puts the papers in the envelope, and stuffs the envelope in her bag. "What the hell are you doing?!" Yami demanded.

"Lawyer," Hana nods, "I need a lawyer."
