A/N: I'm so sorry I am officially the worst author in the world. I haven't updated in like 2 weeks because I've been slammed with schoolwork and watching my nephews and now I have college applications. Senior year sucks I would not recommend it but I really hope you enjoy this chapter! Thanks. ~J 😘😍

2 weeks after Marcel took the serum it is almost time to enact our plan so of course, Caroline decides that now is the time to have her wedding with Stefan. He had proposed to her about a month before she gave birth to Lizzie and Josie and she didn't even tell me that she was planning her wedding. Not to mention that Damon is supposed to be the best man while I am the maid of honor yet neither of us knew about the wedding until yesterday so we had to jump on a plane with the twins. Klaus had decided to stay, not wanting to ruin the wedding with what he calls his impending demise as though I would let that happen.

Now I am helping Caroline with her hair as I complain. "I didn't even get to throw you a bachelorette party."

"I didn't want you to," Caroline finally exclaims and I pause what I am doing as she takes a breath. "I didn't want you to throw a bachelorette party or help with the wedding planning because I knew you would do a better job than me and I didn't want that."

"Care, I would never take your spotlight," I assure and she lets out a sarcastic laugh.

"You think I don't know that. God, you almost gave up Miss Mystic Falls for me but the thing is that you just do things better than everyone else. You always do what's right and even when you mess up it ends up perfect. It's no wonder the guardians want you to fulfill some prophecy and you rule New Orleans. You were always meant to be a queen and now you are," she tells me with a smile before saying she has to go check up with Elena. I nod with a smile while thinking about the guardians.

I open my eyes in confusion, trying to remember what happened, when it hits me. We were fighting the Oni. Allison killed one, meaning I was right about the silver, but another went after her while she was distracted, just like in my vision, except this time, I got in the way. I remember the sword piercing my stomach and saying goodbye to Damon and Nik. I look around as I feel this overwhelming sense of peace fill me.

I see my friends at the station being question by Jordan and smile when I hear a voice beside me. "You've found peace, Baby. That's what this is." I turn and see my dad along with my mom, Isabelle, and John.

"What are you guys doing here? Shouldn't you be in Mystic Falls?"

"Peace is multidimensional. No matter where you are, we stay with you because you are our family," Mom says and I grin before sensing a powerful presence.

"Yes, peace is what everyone wishes to achieve and miraculously, in all the times you've died, you've qualified for it every time. Have you ever wondered why you never made it here?"A gorgeous blonde woman asks me and I instantly know what she is: a guardian.

"Because something was stopping me?"

"No, because it isn't your time to pass. When it is your time you will end up here and rule the underworld as well as peace. It's your destiny."

"Why isn't it my time?"

"I will tell you, but not in front of so many prying ears." Before I can protest, I'm suddenly in a room that's completely white and silent. I feel like I'm drowning in the silence before the guardian speaks once more. "You have yet to fulfill the prophecy."
