"𝐃𝗼𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝗼𝗺𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝗼𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐈 𝐝𝗼𝐧'𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝗼 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝗼𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐥𝗼𝗼𝐝"

Y/N laid helplessly in her bed.

She had quietly watched Xiao walk away from her saying he had "business" to attend to.

Y/N brought her hands to her face as silent tears fell from her E/C eyes.

Suddenly a golden glint of light pieced though the dark room.

She got up from her position on the bed and cautiously walked towards the glittering object.

A hair pin.

It was beautifully crafted with flower gems and a star in the middle.

Y/N ran her fingers down the rough texture of the pin but accidentally cut herself.

She hissed and pulled her hand away.

Her small bit of blood dripped from the sharp star down the side forming another flower.

"What?" Y/N exclaimed quietly.

She placed the pin on the desk and picked up a small notebook.

It looked old and the pages were falling out but Y/N was still able to read the faded writing.

Xiao fell to the cold wooden floor and let out a grunt of pain.

His head was spinning and his vision was blurred.

Xiao looked down at his blackened hands, the veins traveling up his arms.

Xiao eyes crossed and he collapsed.

"Y/...N"
