“Hey!” I heard my door fly open as Allison’s voice echoed,

“Hello!” I called to her from the bathroom before she appeared in the doorway.

“Oh well don’t you look cute.” she smirked as she looked at herself in the mirror briefly before looking over at me. We were going to the water park with Steven and Anthony today, but we didn’t tell anyone where we were going because they weren’t exactly fond of Anthony. I looked at myself in the mirror and inspected my outfit once more; I was wearing the new bathing suit I had gotten a few days ago, and a partly see-through white crop top and light denim shorts.

“Thanks, so do you.” I winked as I threw my hair up into a high messy bun and walked out of the bathroom and grabbed my phone off the dresser. “They should be here any minute, it’s almost noon.” I told her checking my phone and then shoving it deep into my pocket. I sauntered out of the bedroom and sat at the island with Alli in the kitchen after grabbing a glass starbucks frapiccinno for Allison and me out of the refrigerator.

“Goodmorning love,” I turned to see Niall walking towards me with somewhat sleepy eyes as he leaned down and kissed my cheek softly, his breath smelling of mint toothpaste.

“Morning,” I grinned as he stood behind me, wrapping his arms around my shoulders, leaning against me.

“Where you guys goin today?” he asked confused in my ear as I peaked over at Allison who just shrugged,

“We’re going to a water park with some friends.” I told him casually as he hugged me tighter from behind,

“Oh, who?” he questioned as I shrugged,

“Steven, a guy we met at the mall, and Anthony.” I said cautiously as I felt his grip loosen a bit around me as he turned my seat around to face him.

“I’m gonna wait outside.” Allison told us while awkwardly walking away to the front door,

“What do you mean, Anthony?” Niall looked down at me concerned,

“He’s friends with Steven, it’s nothing.” I responded quickly as he narrowed his eyes a bit,

“You know I don’t like him babe.” he retorted in an annoyed tone as he now stood in between my legs as I sat on the barstool. He leaned his head down so our foreheads were together as I smiled at him,

“I know, but we’re just friends.” I told him comfortingly as I placed my hands casually on his hips,

“You promise?” he asked sternly as I held out my pinky,

“Pinky.” I told him as he interlocked our pinkies together and smiled down at me. My phone vibrated in my pocket as I brought it out and saw Steven calling, probably because Allison didn’t want to, knowing Niall and I were talking.

“Hello?” I asked answering the call,

“Hey, we’re here. Alli is already in the car.” He told me as I looked up at Niall standing above me still.

“Alright, one second,” I said before ending the call. Niall looked down at me unsure as I stood up.

“I’ll see you later.” I found his eyes to make him see I was telling the truth, and maybe he would realize there was nothing to worry about. He smiled lightly while placing both his hands on my cheeks pulling me into a gentle kiss,
