Hello, fans of this fan-fiction! This is the author spea---typing. I just wanted to hear some input about how you like this story so far. As far as I'm concerned, I'm a terrible author with inconsistent updates with some shabby writing. Welp, self-depreciation for the win! Haha, sorry. Anyways, I'm trying to keep this as realistic as possible and not rush things. Regarding that, there will be some time skips every so often because some things do happen to take time. Also, I'd rather not have to write about school and cause everyone to go in a panic as some of you are students or have a significant dislike for past things at school. Tell me if some things aren't correct in the story. For example, I'm not in a theater class, so some lessons that I say happen, wouldn't happen in real life. Again, I'm just trying to make this as accurate as possible. So sorry for the long author note, just wanted feedback and input. If incorrectzukka on Tumblr ever sees this, I have something that an anon suggested on here. Once again, I do not own Avatar: The Last Airbender or their characters. They belong to Micheal Dante Dimartino and Bryan Konietzko. I hope you enjoy this chapter! Sorry for any mistakes!

Aang POV:

The second week of school was over. I was given another waterbending scroll to practice from Master Pakku. The moves were more advanced than the last ones. I don't know how long I can keep hiding the fact that I'm a waterbender from Katara. Aside from that, some of my new friends met up at the Jasmine Dragon after school. Like Katara and I insisted, they produced great tea. Even better, I got the first chair! So much higher than I expected. When I told Katara, she gave me a big hug and congratulated me. Now tonight, I'm going bowling! I've never bowled before, but I know that my new friends bowl a lot during the school year. I hope I'm good or at least decent. I woke up early as usual, but unfortunately, this awakening was due to yet, another nightmare. This one was filled with visions of my friends burning as I turn away. It was so vivid, and realistic, I began to sweat. I shot up from my bed, panting, unsettled. Guilt was running through my veins. Wanting to start my day, I made my way towards my window to meditate. I opened the window to take in the fresh air. Unlike most mornings, where the sun is shining and the birds are singing, this morning is slightly downcast and is drizzling. However, I still heard the birds chirping in the distance. I sat down and meditated. When I had finished my meditation session, I decided that I needed a shower before seeing my friends. I stepped inside, letting the warm water ease my anxieties away. I lathered the shampoo in my short hair. I had my brief argument with myself, thinking back to a past argument that I now could've won. I stepped out of the shower, using the towel to dry me off. The song, Take A Walk by Passion Pit was playing in the back. I had a knack for listening to songs from the early 2010s. In my opinion, that's when the peak of music was. Generally, music after 2017 was too harsh. Although, there are definitely bangers that sprouted after. I headed downstairs to feed Appa and Momo. I met Gyatso in the kitchen, where he was casually watching a vegetarian cooking video. I went out the back door and made my way to the barn. "Good morning, Appa," I said, stroking his head. I went to the back of the spacious barn and got him a helping of his hay. I left, leaving the main door open so Appa could graze on the grass around him. I looked for Momo to give him his berries. I found him passed out on the couch. I nudged Gyatso pointing out the lemur that was spread out across the couch. I took out my phone quickly, hoping that I could snatch a picture of this. I laughed. I thought that Katara would like this, so I forwarded the picture to her. She probably wasn't awake yet, so I didn't expect her to respond right away. I opened the refrigerator, scouring for food. I took out leftover fruit salad and yogurt. I got a bowl and granola to make myself a parfait.

"You mentioned going bowling later today right?" Gyatso commented.

"Yeah, do you think you can drive me there around 7?" I asked.

"Of course, Aang," Gyatso confirmed.

I nodded and ate my parfait, watching a compilation of the best moments from iCarly. I loved that show, I don't really care that it's targeted to girls, it's a quality show.
