A/N: Hello! Thank you so much for 1.6K reads! I was not expecting that! Seriously, I was expecting like 20 reads in total. I absolutely love all this support, and it makes me super happy! If my real-life friend comes out of hiding and vouches for me, you all can see that I really mean it! Making this story has been really fun so far! I'm just going to say that school is so draining and evil. Right now, I'm having a crisis everywhere, even in band. Okay, so, I'm a multi-instrumentalist, so when my band director says, "We have an abundance of flutes and saxophones (He's referring to the people. You rarely call them flute players or clarinet players, you call them flutes or clarinets. A lesson for you if you didn't know.) but our specific band doesn't have a bassoon player." My people skills aren't great and I was like, "Hmm this could be interesting (switching to bassoon) I'm gonna tell him I'm interested." So what I did was 1. Tell him that I'm interested in it and 2. Became a mess. Long story short, I might be trying out the bassoon, an instrument I've never played before, let alone a double-reed instrument. Also, I'd be learning the instrument online. Obviously, that's not the only issue I'm having, but somehow that's the issue that's making me super ridiculous. Okay onto the story. Sorry for any mistakes and the long author's note.

Katara POV:

Sokka and I were eating breakfast that Gyatso had made for us. We were sitting across from each other, trying to figure out why Aang had passed out after the house started shaking. We knew it wasn't from sleep deprivation. Aang was fine at the bowling alley. Maybe when he wakes up, he'll tell us what really happened last night.

"Gyatso?" I heard myself call out.

"Yes, Katara?" I heard him respond.

I looked up at Sokka, worriedly, and asked, "Is Aang going to be okay?"

In Gyatso's soothing voice, he said, "Of course. He should be coming down here soon enough. He's usually an early riser."

"Okay," I said with some doubt.

I continued to eat the beautiful parfait that Gyatso had prepared. I heard some soft clattering coming from the stairwell. That would have to be Aang! I watched as a groggy Aang made his way down the stairs.

"Good morning, everyone," he mumbled to us.

He plopped down in the seat next to me.

"Are you okay?" Sokka asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine," he said, looking up at Gyatso.

Gyatso nodded and sat down across from Aang.

Aang tugged on his sweatshirt sleeves and said, "Sorry I worried you guys, I guess I haven't been sleeping much."

Something was up. Aang pushed out of his seat and made his way over to the fridge. I watched as Gyatso went next to Aang and whispered something into Aang's ear. Sokka went back to his food seeming to buy his explanation. I waited for Aang to come back. He sat down with a bowl of cereal and milk. I wished he would tell me what was wrong. I wondered if I'd be able to get it out of him while I'm still here. What if I could stay over for the night again? Maybe not, it's a school night.

I took out my phone and texted Dad, 'We stayed the night at Aang's house. We're fine. When do you want us back?'

I put my phone away, pushed in my chair, and placed my bowl in the sink. I felt a vibration in the pajama bottoms. I took my phone out and read the text.

'Anytime is fine. You really have to invite him and his family over for dinner.'

I smiled. I went up to Gyatso and asked if we could step into another room.
