minho was beyond shocked. he felt like his whole body had stopped functioning and his breath had started getting heavier with each second passing.

he didn't know how exactly he was supposed to feel or react after this. of course he liked it, he loved the feeling of chan's lips on his. but he didn't know if he liked chan. at least romantically because of course he loved him as a friend.

but then suddenly, another thought crossed his mind, a thought that made his heartbeat get even quicker and his cheeks red.

since chan kissed me... does that mean that he likes me? romantically?

the boy started to panic. no. chan can't like him. he can't like someone as messed up and worthless like him. he deserves better.

chan noticed minho's difficulty in breathing and he immediately started worrying.

what if he brought back bad memories? minho was still vulnerable after what had happened earlier and chan felt like he just took advantage of him.

"min? you alright? i'm so sorry, i don't know what got into me." chan said quickly and placed his hand on minho's back, rubbing it softly.

the younger just shook his head and turned to look at chan with shaky eyes. "i-it's okay. i just didn't expect that." he mumbled and took a deep breath, trying to stabilize his breathing.

chan let out a sigh of relief.

at least he's not mad.

"still, i'm really sorry. i shouldn't have done that without your consent."

minho smiled slightly and looked down shyly, hiding his blushed cheeks from chan.
"it's really fine. i actually kinda liked it i guess."

chan almost gasped at minho's last words but he held it back. he was actually surprised but he felt so happy for some reason.

"oh" was all he said before smiling secretly.

minho laughed awkwardly and rubbed his nape. he was still embarrassed and his cheeks were still really red and of course he didn't want chan to see that. he would tease him for hours.

"was this your first kiss?" chan asked all of a sudden, causing minho to laugh awkwardly once again.

"actually yea. but don't worry about it, it was really good for a first kiss. i mean, i liked it, it was great-"

minho mentally facepalmed because what the hell was he saying? he only embarrassed himself more.

chan smirked and chuckled lightly and minho shot him a glare. "shut up" he mumbled and chan just laughed more at minho's red face.

"wow you look like a tomato" chan teased and minho pouted, folding his arms in front of his chest. "and now you look like a cute baby kitten."

minho blushed even more and just turned away, avoiding chan's gaze. "i'm not cute."

chan could only laugh loudly at this, making minho raise his eyebrows in confusion. did i say something funny?

"why are you laughing?"

"have you seen yourself? you're literally the cutest person i've ever met! i want to wrap you in my arms and hold you tightly on my chest and never ever let you go! you really are just like a small kitten baby!"

minho felt his blood freezing once again. he hadn't just heard chan calling him "baby" right?

chan noticed minho's shocked expression and just rubbed his neck, smiling awkwardly.

"uh oops? i guess it slipped out..."

minho just nodded and lowered his gaze, staring down at his feet.

"let's go back to sleep alright? you still need some rest and don't forget that we need to talk later." chan said and minho nodded, laying back on the bed with chan following his move.

the younger closed his eyes and turned around to sleep but for some reason he couldn't.

he needed something first.

he didn't want to admit it but he kinda wanted to feel chan's lips on his again. their kiss was too short and minho didn't have enough time to enjoy it.

but he was too shy to kiss chan.

what if he doesn't like me this way? what if he just kissed me to make me shut up?

chan turned to minho's side, looking at him weirdly when he heard the younger boy sighing.

"what's wrong?" he asked and minho turned to look at him with a frown on his face.

"i-i just-"

"you can tell me everything minho. don't worry, you're safe with me."

minho closed his eyes and took a deep breath before quickly blurting out a "CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME ANOTHER KISS?"

he immediately hid his face in his hands after this, not daring to look at chan.

the older boy just chuckled lightly and took minho's hands away from his face, smiling warmly at him. "come here minnie. i'll give you a kiss."

minho just nodded shyly and approached chan more, closing his eyes and waiting to feel chan's lips on his.

the older boy placed his hands on minho's cheeks and closed the distance between them once again, kissing him softly and lovingly.

minho slightly kissed him back. he was hesitant at first but chan made him feel confident and safe so he just went for it.

their kiss was much longer and even slower this time.

but minho enjoyed it so much.

he wanted to experience this feeling everyday.

he wanted to kiss chan's lips all the time.

i think i do have romantic feelings for him
